I often come here after work but this time in specific made me leave a review. I had a long day at work and just wanted some good food and Brian D offered to make me a fresh drop of chicken and fries just for me. He ensured that food never sits long anyways but it would be no bother to make me some fresher food. I write this as I eat and can confirm its amazing as per usual. I always reccomend my friends Slik Chickens and id definitely reccomend you give slims one try.

Last Sunday(10/26) was my birthday. I had the coupon for a free jar dessert, so my grands and I ordered from here. Our order came to $43.31. Our food tasted old, the oil it was fried in needed to be changed. AND no dessert! In order to avoid shaming them in public I called them(BA location off hillside). I can't remember the girl's name I spoke with, but she apologized and said all I had to do was bring in receipt and they would replace my meal and jar dessert. I just left there with no replacement for anything. I was told it wasn't their fault and they pushed the blame onto the dasher. I wasn't aware dashers now did the cooking, making desserts along with delivery. BOTTOM LINE - I was refused a replacement. Poor customer service, poor management and I'll never order there again! Thanks for making my 64th birthday so memorable! 👎👎👎👎👎
