this place is phenomenal. 10x better than chic fil a and all those other chicken places. have been going thru drive thru and doordashing and the food is amazing but the other day came in to eat with my mom and daughter and the service was amazing so kind and helpful and tell you bye when you leave! their smiles and kindness made our whole week!

I had ordered the 5&5 meal yesterday and was pretty disappointed on how small two of my wings were. i reached out and sent a notice. they called back the next day and told me that they’d give me the same meal for free. i wasn’t expecting anything in return but the GM Paola reached out and made sure i was treated right. i came back today and the staff was super cool about it and i didn’t wanna be “that guy” yk. i was definitely taken care of 🙌🏽

First ever visit to a Slim Chickens. The staff was fantastic, the restaurant was clean and had a good vibe. The food was, unfortunately, a huge letdown. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, and the chicken was thinner than a piece of paper. The buffalo sauce lacked any flavor or heat. The lemonade was watered down.

I have only ever picked up food from this place. The taste is good and the quality is good. The wait is not so great. I guess quality does take time. But usually, we wait about ten minutes at the window for our order. Sweet tea is fantastic. The price for the food is excellent. I highly recommend the cayenne ranch sauce.
By far my favorite thing is the slim wrap I get it every time I go

Tables were clean, food was awesome and the guy at the front counter (assistant manager I believe) went the extra distance to make sure our experience was great! We will be back!

Waited in drive-thru for 30+ minutes, which is fine. The problem began when they forgot sauces for me and my wife’s meals. So I pulled back around and was happy to see the lobby was open until 10 pm and it was 9:55 pm. Whelp Mike the manager locks up early apparently, and I tried to get his attention he just gestured for me to go back through the drive thru which was still packed. I tried to get him to understand I wasn’t ordering anything and just needed something they missed but he ignored it and wouldn’t come talk to me. So I went to the speaker and they just said to go back to the same door where Mike just ignored me. Mike then came out I told him they already got it covered and tried to ignore him but he stayed and lied about the time even though iPhones update time automatically. Anyways will never eat here again or any other slim chickens. Just go to canes right down the road.
