Recently came in & had a great experience with one of their staff members, Haylie. She was friendly, made the ordering process easy, was patient and answered all my questions. My order came out quicker than expected & I enjoyed her positive energy and professionalism. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this spot for both the food and the top-notch service!

as a faithful customer of the 71 & Sheridan location, I was a little disappointed that my burger tasted totally different here on hillside. the staff was warm and welcoming however!
Such tasty burgers. I get mine with bbq sauce, so they do get messy. Having paper towels at the table is helpful. The service was fantastic.

We've eaten at the Tulsa location before but this is our first time at the BA location. I'm living that healthy life so I just got a Taco Salad with grilled chicken and chipotle ranch. My daughter and her fiance both got the onion burger and my wife got a cup of chili. The food was all really good. I tried the onion burger and it was quite tasty. Service was friendly. Good experience overall and the prices were super reasonable!

Not sure what kind of internal controls they have to prevent food waste but it needs to be revisited. The servers pick at your food (instead of the paying customer) to make sure the order is correct. They literally take a knife/fork open your burger and start picking through it. Additionally a couple of the servers look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work . Who wants someone picking at their food
