I know that you have had this happen. You bite into a hot greasy over cooked onion ring, to find a wilted, tough slimy onion in the center. You try to take a complete bite and cleanly sever it from the remaining portion of the onion ring that you are holding in your hand. Instead, you are only able to separate one end of the bite, which leaves you pulling out the long tough, slimy wilted onion from the remaining crust ring. You look like a robin pulling a worm from the ground....
Smash style burgers were delicious. I tried a regular classic without a bun and added avocado. My husband had the hangover burger. Kiddo had the kids cheeseburger on a gluten free bun. I tried a piece of her bun and it was actually one of the best gluten free buns I’ve tried. Prices were not bad at all. Food came out really quickly and our order was correct.
