Not much to do with the food. I went thru the drive thru parched today. The guy took my order.. and I was a little taken aback by his voice. It sounded EXACTLY like a supervisor I had when I was in the military and passed away in 2017. I lost my train of thought and just asked for my large sprite. I was just kind of “short” I guess. I wasn’t as polite as I could have been. I Pull up to the window and wasn’t charged. I hope they don’t get in trouble for not charging me. But to the tall black guy working in the window.. you have no idea how good it was to hear your voice and I was almost in (happy) tears. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed today. Thank you! And keep it up. Your personality was infectious!

Forgot part of our order after waiting forever then having to wait again. 30 minutes so far and still waiting. One drink didn't have the lid on all the way, drinks were dripping and had liquid all over the top....

I placed a mobile order, when I got to sonic I was upset bc I paid for my order and it looked like they were closed. I finally saw shadows inside sonic and parked. I hate that they turn off all exterior lights on stalls and parking slots like 2 hours before close. It gives lazy, like they don’t want people to know they’re open. Definitely bad for business.

My mobile order took 20 minutes past the pickup time, had to go through the drive thru to remind them I was here for pickup. Stating twice they were waiting on a “ coney “ and “ chicken “ to get done… I had neither one of those items…

All the stalls have black screens and no one replies when you go to the drive thru waited five minutes in drive thru without them taking me order then gave up. Overall really bad service love Sonic’s drinks and food never will go back to this one.

I'm not typically a complainer, but today has made me one. I pulled into a spot to get some lunch, Pressed the button and waited about 4 minutes before someone answered just to tell me that that particular stall wasn't working correctly and that I would have to move..... Ok fine. Moved to another one, waited just as long just to be told those were closed and that I would have to go through the drive through instead. If there had been a sign on either one, this would have been perfectly fine. But twice is enough.

I got served a raw burger and then was refused my money back on the entire purchase by Taylor. It’s probably because I wasn’t the most polite person but it’s a RAW burger for crying out loud

I love sonic! It's extremely unfortunate that this specific location can't take an order right to save their lives. By the time they get it close to correct, the rest of your food is cold.
