This is the absolute worst Sonic in Tulsa. They take orders through the app and then say they are closed. This one needs to close!

We ordered in the drive-thru at 450pm & received our food at 458pm. The employee - that took our order and handed it to us - was nice & helpful. The parking area was clean.

Worse service ever. I ordered and tons after me got their orders before me. I waited 15 min outside waiting. Then finally came out and my ice in drink was completely melted. They took another 5 min just to give me my change. The boy gave me my change and didn’t say a word. The manager was rude and asked if I was waiting on something. That was so unnecessary. I will never go to this sonic again.

I only got a water and it had something brown in the bottom of it, I know this because I poured it in my cirkul, so I waited the over an hour till I got home to have a drink.

They're decently quick but man they can't seem to get my order right here lately. Giving 2 stars because they're not slow but that doesn't matter much when even a 1 drink order isn't right.
This location is the worst!! They get at least one thing wrong every time I order. The sad part is I only order drinks. The Drink is a lemonade slush add strawberry every other sonic gets it right! I hate this is the one closest to my house!!!! Ugh freaking ridiculous…

Man this location can't get it right. I orered a sausage toaster combo meal and got half a burger patty, drowned in mustard and onions, and cheese. And now it's a pain to get the app to give me half price drinks. Well I'm done with you all, I can go to other food places and get what I ordered at the price advertised
We ordered our food at 8:14 PM and pulled out of the driveway at 9:06 PM after explaining to the teller that we still have not gotten our food. And when we did, the fries were ice cold, and one of the orders was wrong, Upon more time, we asked to speak to the manager. Our food came out and they requested to see our receipt and told us that the manager wanted to make sure we actually had paid for what we were asking for and that their Manager was kind of “stingy like that”. They let us know that the manager was the only cook on duty so if we wanted to speak with him, it was going to be quite a wait. We literally were at sonic for 50 minutes! I do not recommend this location. I am in management myself and myself have a lot of grace for customer service experiences, but this one was significant enough to leave a review.
