Just had a major problem when I ordered online to pick up my hamburger and shake but the next time I went, I ordered it online got my hamburger and a slushy and went through the drive-through. That way I could make sure I got my stuff while still hot and maybe I’ll try one of these times to go to the website and try it when I get into a stall and see if it was just that, one sonic place on Elm that was bad and not all of them are bad so I will try it again and then I’ll give a better review if it’s good

My husband and I went to Sonic to get hot fudge sundaes. It took a while for our order to get to the car, but it was to be expected, because they were short staffed. The reason I gave four stars is because she forgot to bring our change out. But when she brought out our change, she also gave us 4 free coupons for our next 4 visits.

The parking lot is full of horrible pot holes. The place isn't fully lit up at night. The employees aren't the friendliest. The food is often disappointing and my fiancée won't eat from this location anymore after getting sick.I've given this location several chances because I love sonic and this is the closest sonic, but this location always disappoints. This is the closest location to my house, but it's gotten to where I don't want to stop here and will drive across town to another location or choose another restaurant.I LOVE sonic and have been a loyal customer in every town I've lived in. Since moving to BA I definitely order sonic less often this location doesn't make me feel safe or welcome and I can't always drive across town.Dietary restrictions: I love that sonic has tons of drink options for different diets. I can't drink soda and so don't have many options at most fast food chains. Sonic always has a drink option that will make me happy.

Worst location ever! Last three times that I’ve stopped by here has been a bad experience. This location will let you sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes and then tell you when you get up to the speaker that they are only honoring app orders. And if you pull up to a stall and are lucky enough to get them to answer in a timely manner, then they tell you they will have it out as soon as possible and it takes 20 minutes to get two drinks. I’m done.

What has happened to sonic! Not just this location but just about every location around the Tulsa metro area. The drive thru sucks, the food is so not good, the drink prices are ridiculous, and what is the deal with removing all the self order drive up and park menus in the stalls. I've been to three sonic and they're removing the drive up and order kiosk. Such a bad business move....
