Very bad service. I ordered it without vegetables and that's how they delivered it to me separately. The staff serve reluctantly, they are like racists when they say that we speak Spanish, they laughed among themselves??

I ordered on the app. I soon seen my name pop up. I look a few minutes later it was gone so I thought they were on their way out. I sat there for over 20 minutes. So I call them they found my other and brought it out quickly… like it had been sitting there. When she handed me the bag she said they were out of onion rings that I could get any other side. I was not waiting any longer. Was I still charged for them… yes!

If I could give zero stars I would. We had ordered our food on the app. We checked in and it was taking forever so we hit the button and they said we are drive thru only. Mind you we had already checked in 10 minutes earlier. Went through drive thru got our food home which is 5 minutes away. Opened it and it was cooked in old grease. Our food was cold and plain nasty. I called to get the GM name and they said they were on vacation but could give me someone else's number. I said I want my money back. I also stated that I would be calling the health dept because the lettuce was slimy and brown. The girl then said she wouldn't give me the phone number and she doesn't care if the health dept shows up. This is not okay. I want my money back and for someone to call me back. This Sonic has gone down hill.

Came here to do a doordash order and pulled into a spot. The woman tells me they are only drive thru only. I get in line and wait. And wait. And wait. So I decided to leave and had to cancel my order. This Sonic is one of the worst restaurants in the Broken Arrow area. AVOID!

On Friday, 1/19/24, whoever was working the drive through during the evening was so high on pills, I had to tell her what drink I wanted 3 different times, even though it was on the receipt in front of her. It took over 5 min to get my change, 2 drinks and a bag of ice. She got 0/2 on the drinks correct, then forgot the ice. The other 3-4 employees were standing behind her talking the whole time.
