Have tried giving them a chance for 2 years. ALWAYS takes a long time no matter what you order. This time food was cold/not what we ordered. With the standard long wait time. If it's going to take 10-15 min when you are the ONLY car it should at least be warm.

1st thing: the 2 boys inside had all the lights turned off at 8:45pm to make it look like they were closed. I even questioned it for a while but looked up the hours and they were supportive he open until 11. I sat for a couple minutes until one of them came to speaker and asked what I wanted. 6 more people showed up after they realized they were actually open so then they turned the lights back on.
2nd: I ordered 2 resees blast and could clearly see the boy making them only put 1 tiny scoop of resees in my medium cup of ice cream. So I basically paid $7 for a medium cup of vanilla ice cream and a mini as well. Extremely frustrating. I could clearly read the “blast” instructions right beside his head he did not follow.
3rd: one of the other customers ordered ice cream sundae and the same worker licked his hand of ice cream after handing me my cups then grabbed the next order.

Juat went through the drive thru. The folks i was in contact with were very polite and thorough with taking my order. I appreciated them going above for me in just taking my order and getting my lunch ready.

If you consider waiting 45 minutes for a cup of ice, a drink, and a mini blast as fast service then maybe this is the place for you. Awful service if you are in any form of a rush don’t come here.

Placed a mobile order at 7:45pm, came to pick up at 7:50 totally understanding we might have to wait a minute but didn’t get our shakes until 8:13pm. Shakes are melted and half full, we now have to go home and freeze them again before we can drink. We saw our drinks sitting on the counter for 20 minutes until we got them.

We tried to order food in the drive-thru & at two different pull-in spots (in case the first one was broken). We also tried to flag an employee twice as he walked by to deliver food to the car next to us & he ignored us. After 30 minutes, we left - still without placing an order.

Female Manager there just now was extremely rude through my container for my drinks through the window, locked the window when I tried to ask for a refund because her attitude was horrendous. Then she called the police on me. The police come I tell them that I’m trying to get her name so I can report her to corporate and file civil charges and they say we can’t make her give her name how was that right? How does that make sense? I’m getting my attorney involved.

I mean what can I say. It's Sonic but I love how when you use the app all drinks are half off and other app deals. Negative part is I've not been there one time where I either got all my items or something wasn't made right. But if your willing to check your order before you leave everytime then they are more than willing to fix it.

Don’t like the change on getting discounts when ordering on the app
We customers shouldn’t have to watch what you change in pricing policy without notice.
What are you going to change and try to charge us more after giving us our discount by ordering on the app when it first started. You started the app offering us 1/2 price drinks same as happy hour all the time not just 2-4 pm daily

The lady working said they didn’t have any change and to have a good day???? Wouldn’t you let the customer know in order to possibly pay with card instead? Just keeping everyone’s change?
