Very short staffed. I waited in line behind another car in the drive through for 5 minutes. All i ordered was a soda. I never even saw a person help the guy in front of me. I finally just left.

This Sonic is awful. They are so slow, super rude, and quite careless with the food. I had a surprise jalapeño on my burger. Oil dripped all over my child from her overly greasy patty. We can hear them playing and having a great time from the window.

Food is good, atmosphere is good, the service is okay. Sometimes you may get a car hop that is having a bad day or in a bad mood, but for the most part, it's alright

Love this location. For my yearly update let me just say there was only one time that I had to leave after I ordered food. They were super busy. I totally get that but we waited 30 plus minutes for our food and had another appointment to get to. Only giving four stars because of that one experience but since then they've been great.

Their whole rebrand is starting to irritate me. Everything is more expensive, the half price drinks are conditional now, and the app works 2 times out of 10. I havent been here in a month and it may be another month before I go again. I used to love sonic. Now they're charging us like the food is of good quality and not a bag of grease. To top it all off--I asked for no pickels or tomato's. There are 2 other cars out here and they still couldn't get it right. Just go to McDs

I specifically asked for no smasher sauce on the dbl smasher. I wanted mayo instead and no onion. I got no mayo, instead it was smasher sauce and onion. The one time i don't check my food, its wrong and I cant eat it. My receipt is correct. They just didn't care enough to read the screen and make it correctly. I've been calling the phone for 10 mins and nobody is answering. It was not busy when i was there. The person in the window was super nice. I wish the food matched.

I got runny melted shakes from here. When I asked why they approved them to go out the door she told me not to get rude with her. I was not getting rude. They wouldn’t remake the shakes, wouldn’t refund the money. I asked to speak with the person that approved serving the food since she said it wasn’t her. She closed the window. They dont care at all. If you order through the app you agree to get your order and it be trash, or you agree to never get your order and there is not anything you can do about it. I rated the app 1 star, deleted it and will never go back to sonic again.
Dang sonic do better, hire a new cook. Serving black crispy burnt corndogs is unacceptable.

By far the slowest sonic in the area. M&M blast had hardly any m&m's. Was only car in drive thru with only 2 cars in bays even and it took almost 15 minutes.

Good luck if you order through the app and they've run out of whatever it is you ordered. Got to the window, they say they're out. No problem, I pull forward and try to cancel the order, but no such option exists. I pull back around and ask for some kind of substitute, to which the person at the window just says no they can't give me something I didn't order, and they have no way to cancel the order themselves. Their attitude was very not-my-problem. I'm not going to sit there and argue with someone that's clearly not willing to help. So, they took my money and left me empty handed with no recourse. Maybe the order will cancel automatically if I don't check in, I don't know. I'll probably cut my losses and just avoid this location from now on, and maybe Sonic entirely.
Editing to add that I got a refund only after having to submit feedback to the Sonic website. It shouldn't have been this complicated. Either come up with some kind of inventory management to make items that are out of stock incapable of ordering or give the store or the customer a way to cancel an order without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.

I ordered a coke with cherry and vanilla in the drive through. The person working the window said the total was 3 dollars and some change so I gave a five dollar bill. After a few awkward seconds, she asked if I really wanted change and I said yes. About 2 minutes later she brought me a one dollar bill and then walked off. After another few minutes or so I left. This was a few months ago and I do not plan on ever coming back.
