Every single time that I come here I have to wait 30+ minutes in a drive-thru.
Don't Go there if you are pressed for time because you're going to be late every single time!

I don’t know if the workers are taking naps? Or if they’re all just sitting around playing on their phone but ordering one drink through the mobile app should not take 45 minutes. I’ve already lived my life, retired, had 17 grandchildren, died, and came back to life by the time I got my Diet Coke today.

Black Friday was poppin over here!! 2 double cheeseburgers wit large sweet tea!! Burgers were bomb!! Pickles were spread out all my bites were savoured wit flavor!! Thank u sonic team!! The young man who brought our food was very nice too!! Thank u all again. Stay warm all love!!

Literally the worst Sonic in Broken Arrow — and I don’t say that lightly. By the time you get your food here, you could’ve driven to Coweta, gotten better service, hotter food, and probably your drink made right too.

I've eaten at this location b4 no problems.today was a different story my wifes chicken strips were overcooked and dry. Fries and tots were warm at best. My burger was like they pawned it off to me from another order.dry and just barely warm.not mention there screens and pay weren't working.carhop had to pay inside.

I use the app to pick up drinks often, or at least I used to. It typically takes between 10 and 15 minutes for me to have three fountain drinks delivered when I do mobile pick up.
Absolutely ridiculous
Edit: 8/24/25 tried again, 2 drinks over 20 minutes. Why I do this to myself when the Sonic that is one mile south takes 2 minutes EVERY time. It’s worth the drive, trust me

Ordered 2 blasts at 5 bucks each and this is what they brought us. Vanilla ice cream with a few crumbs on top. When we asked for some to be put in the lady said they have the right amount in them and they can't remake them. We said we want a refund and she came out to the truck looked at the ice cream pictured and said it's the right amount they come with 1 cup each of candy......never coming here again. And we are usually here multiple times a week.

Very short staffed. I waited in line behind another car in the drive through for 5 minutes. All i ordered was a soda. I never even saw a person help the guy in front of me. I finally just left.

This Sonic is awful. They are so slow, super rude, and quite careless with the food. I had a surprise jalapeño on my burger. Oil dripped all over my child from her overly greasy patty. We can hear them playing and having a great time from the window.
