2-7-24 At 2:30pm myself and my handicapped passenger visited this location for lunch. we parked at a stall directly across from the restroom. My carhop (Elijah) said no when i asked to use the restroom as i tried the door and it was locked. i pushed the red button hoping a more helpful employee would respond to unlock the restroom but the ever-so-lovely employee, Elijah, came on the intercom and very rudely told me, “i already told you no”! My disabled passenger needed to ise the restroom and i would have liked to wash my hands before eating. very, very clear violation of ADA laws and even at the basic level- allow your patrons to wash up before eating to help stop the spread of the illnesses going around. I have notified corporate and the health department. but as a customer? Sonic lost me for good!

I always try to give them the benefit of a doubt but man, this is my second time ordering popcorn chicken and it’s always burnt. You bite it and there’s no meat, just crunchy from it being over cooked. I had maybe 3 nice size with meat on it but that’s it. The rest look like this and it’s just crunchy and overcooked.

I have had a few bad experiences at this location before. They either mess up the food, drink, forget something, or just take so long I end up having to leave without my order. This morning really set me over the edge with this cold cheese, non-toasted toaster!!! It was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it, and had I had enough time this morning I would have taken it back. I will not be going back to this location, which is unfortunate because it’s the one closest to my house. I will continue to drive further out of the way to order from a different location, if and when I decide I can eat at sonic again.

Just left from this location and I’m highly disappointed. Went to the drive-thru thinking it would be a quick stop just for an ice cream, was told they would be right with me, then I sat there for 10 minutes without any other help or answer. The car behind me drove away, and then I decided to leave as well. There was no one in front of me and 2 cars at stalls, and when I drove by the window all of the workers were just standing around chit-chatting. I will not be back at this location for quite some time, you all need to retrain your staff desperately.

I always love to get cheddar peppers, corn dogs, and breakfast burritos here. I also use the app for half priced drinks alot. 4 stars because the wait is usually long and the drive through line is typically long also.
