Service was good only reason for 2 star. Ordered a ultimate breakfast burrito. I got something that had a bunch of other stuff in it. I HATE onions and I am allergic to tomatoes. I'm already 30 miles away as I was commuting to work. So I guess i'm gonna be hungry and out six dollars now. Thanks for the incompetence in the attempt on my life lol

My boyfriend and I know if we want sonic not to go to this one because they take forever to get your food out and most of the time it is wrong. I know they are severely understaffed which is part of the problem. One time I had a mobile order and I pulled into the stall. After no response on the screen for about 10 minutes I followed everyone and went to the drive through line. There were several cars in front of me that one by one started driving off. I pull up to the speaker and wait a few minutes then I decide to just pull up to the window. I sat at the window for 15 minutes looking at everyone that walked by until finally a lady came to the window. She was very apologetic and was also upset because apparently there was only 2 or 3 people working and she said this wasn’t even her location and that she was called in. I finally got my order after about 45-60 minutes. Normally I would have just driven off but I had already paid for my food online. This is one out of many poor experiences here.

Usually this is my go to Sonic to but it was a terrible experience this time. Several minutes after pressing the red button nobody ever answered. Moved to a different stall, thinking maybe it was the speaker. Nope same thing again. Finally was able to order a pretzel w/cheese sauce. Got home to find no sauce. Pretzel was bad without it. Tried calling to hopefully get some kind of compensation next time I stop by. Phone rang once, than an automated message saying there was no one available to take my call.So I tried reaching customer service online, twice. Keep getting surveys asking how my experience was with online customer service and still haven't heard anything about my initial complaint. Very disappointed. I'm hoping this was a fluke, because this Sonic is usually pretty fast and the food is usually great, fresh and hot.Update- Since this seems to be the best way to get a response from Sonic. Just a few hours after this review, I finally got a response offering me a coupon for a free pretzel twist, but of course, I would have to download their app. I have no desire to do so. They asked me to respond to that email with my app info so they could apply the coupon. I responded instead saying I did not want to download their app and again have heard nothing.
