The young man who took my order was so nice and helpful plus fast with the meal and it was correct!

#11 chicken sandwich was inedible and is laughable when compared to the picture. Tots were good and fresh. Drink tasted good, but asked for easy ice and got a cup FULL of ice. $11 for half a drink and some tots. Been a while since I've been here. It'll be longer before I come back. Server was indifferent but brought the items I ordered. No care is given in fast food service anymore. Prices are driving me to eat at a sit down restaurant for better food. There's no value here.

This is the best Sonic in my area. The staff are usually friendly and upbeat, and they are fairly quick, too.
The bread was cold and chewy, the was also cheese was very cold. Could have at least put it in the microwave after they put it together. Didn’t even try. This is why I don’t try sonic.

I was ordering and then I said can you please make this a slush, and she was already done with me apparently.. went to payment screen. I wasn’t done ordering and had to push the button again. Seemed like she was in a rush, service is really awful. I came here last week also and waited 15 min just for someone to take our order, yes the button was pushed the whole time.

Loved the servers and food was our favorite place but havent been back since christmas til now because of the lady owner/manager who was hung up on remaking a drink that was made wrong the day after Christmas and i hate to break out ban but this is the most convenient place and maybe something will change if i leave this review

Horrible service. They forgot half the order and then said it wasn't on the receipt. Show them the receipt which has the missing items on it. Finally comes back with said items, and they were wrong and when we tell the carhop, she goes ok well I have to go and walks away. Lol what? Like we were not rude, our voices and tone were normal so I'm confused why she had to leave. Then we have to press the button and explain the issue all over again and wait. This location needs to train staff on basic customer service.

we put in a mobile order. On the screen it popped up after a couple minutes said it was being worked on then on its way. we waited approximately 5 minutes when it said it was being worked on. only ordered 2 drinks. pressed the button after it said “thank you for your order” and we got nothing. they said “she just scanned it it will be a few seconds” in the rudest tone ever. and it wasn’t seconds it was minutes. i don’t mind waiting but the rudeness was crazy but wait it gets worse. the car hop came and was so insanely rude with an attitude, she gave the drinks and turned away and didn’t say a word. my dad left a great tip as well on the order. we just moved here and everyone has been so nice except this sonic. my mom was stunned as well after she left. i asked a simple question because i thought our order was given to someone else after waiting for 2 drinks. will never ever be back.

My order was rung up under the wrong stall so I waited over twenty minutes and when I finally pushed the button again to check on the order they apologized and got it right out to me. The carhop said she had some coupons for me but it ended up being one coupon for a free drink. Of course the food was cold. So I spent $30 and waited over 20 minutes for cold food and got a free drink....I just think they could have compensated me in a better way.

Tried to put a large drink order in (70 soft drinks nothing extravagant) and the man on the phone said “there’s no way in hell we can do that” & was extremely rude. And I mentioned it’s just soft drinks and he said I’d have to shut down the whole store to do that and hung up on me. Poor customer service. The sonic on 151st in Bixby knocked out a 90 drink order with no problem. I also was giving them a hour heads up. I’m stunned at his response! I’ll go down the street. Pathetic! And not to mention this order was going to a local elementary school here in Broken Arrow for all their teachers and staff.
Also, the sonic on 101st and elm was more than happy to do my large order. I highly recommend going to that store instead of this one!
15 min waiting time and only 4 cars here! Incredible! When I waid wth they said I need to get help.and they refused services!
