Can’t give zero stars. Set at the drive thru screen for 20 with no one taking my order. Pulled up to the window and took another 10 minutes to get someone’s attention to finally order food. Sonic used to be great but now it has gone way downhill. Will not be going back anytime soon.

In short, we will NOT being going back there. The food is OK if you want something quick, but the CC card interface is dated and does not really work and the carhops are generally rude and impatient. Several have even smarted off to me and been disrespectful. Another reason why I rarely eat fast food. This Sonic is horribly managed and staffed.

I was here for 30 minutes and they could not give me a drink and burger and the employees were just on there phone I don’t recommend coming here

The south BA location is one of my favorite Sonics. It's always fresh, and the drinks are on point. The best carhops as well, always a smile on their face!
The food isn't very hot like they claim it to be and for the price they have combo meals for I'd rather go to a nicer burger place like red Robbins same price actually cheaper
