This is the worse location in Broken Arrow. Employees have the most miserable and unfriendly attitudes, no one greets customers and they ignore customers standing at counting waiting to be assisted. It is very rare to get a smiling face at this place it’s depressing to visit the establishment and a very sad atmosphere,

I stopped by Starbucks for a quick coffee, and the service was excellent. The barista was very friendly, making the experience warm and welcoming. Plus, they got my drink done super fast! Perfect spot for grabbing a quick coffee when you're on the go.

I ordered breakfast through doordash this morning.... If all I had wanted was bread, I'd have gone to my kitchen. ( I ordered it with no egg so that part was right.
Thanks I did reach out to doordash. I just wanted to make sure everyone else knew this was the quality to expect from food at your store. Also I don't like your reply, that's like asking to fill the wiper fluid if I have a flat tire. They only delivered what y'all made get it together.

The reason for this 1 start review is for the new practice of "begging" for tips of you have a credit card. They hand you the card reader and try and guilt you into tipping. Nope! For this reason I am moving my business to Seven Brew or Scooter's. This is a pathetic practice. I don't want to touch a key pad that everyone else has been touching especially with flu season starting. Put a damn to jar out like everyone else. Plus you work there not me! Do better!

I was trying to enjoy my afternoon caffeine at the 2050 Kenosha location on 07/27. Sipping my drink and doing a little web surfing/tik tok when the employees started making fun of the older customers. I thought I heard them incorrectly and then it continues with other elderly customers when they came and went. This is not acceptable anywhere to hate on people like this. I hope that ALL customers read and think about which location you want to support. Still really appalled. I left after witnessing this awful behavior and will not return.
To whomever made my venti Carmel macchiato, extra shot & extra carmel (there were 2 in my order, made the same way) this morning deserves a raise. This is the first time in a very long time it has actual extra Carmel and it is fantastic. Thank you! I hope you know this made our morning.

The friendliest crew ever! Everytime I go to this location the customer service is next level. They make my Starbucks drink stop so quick and simple! I love the crew that works here. You have earned a customer for life.
I stop by this location almost daily on my way to work and I’ve been doing so for a year or two. The weekday crew is absolutely amazing. My drink order is so specific. I order from my phone as I’m walking out the door and by the time I get there (roughly 10 minutes) it’s ready, fresh and perfect every time.
I don’t know the guy’s name but he’s there every morning, long curly hair, glasses. He’s so sweet and always greets me by name. Makes my day every time!
