Just had the grossest matcha latte I've ever tasted! Tasted like it was only matcha mixed in water and then served to me. I even asked to 2 extra pumps of classic syrup and caramel drizzle and there was obviously no caramel on it when they gave it to me which makes me believe that forgot to put any sweetener in there as well. I couldn't even taste any milk. Whoever took my order through drive-through was also rude.

I just love the staff. I go there a lot 😬 every time I go inside to pick up my mobile order, they always greet me by name, and I just love that! All the staff are great!

Had a terrible experience today. We came through the drive through and ordered a grande caramel latte with a double shot and venti caramel frappacino. The guy at the window was not very nice at all and got our order wrong. He wouldn't even look at us when we told him and just shut the window on us. Some girl came next and corrected the order and told us because of the wait and trouble, she would refund our card. We paid with a gift card that was given to the guy but never returned back to me, so I had to go back in and explain that even though I was appreciative that she refunded me, I needed the gift card back or it wouldn't matter. When I walked in to explain, she was also not very nice. Latte was good but Frapp was so watered down, it tasted terrible. Not sure if it was an off day, but the experience was so bad that I won't go back to that location again.

Coffee order done wrong. Always check your coffee before leaving! They don’t give refunds, make you come all the way back to get another which is completely inconvenient if you’re at work!

I ordered matcha latte with soy added but when I received it, the matcha cup had a bit of a bitter taste, it seems they didn't add soy for me. Never come back this place.

4 stars for food because you took away most of your frappucino menu???
I asked for an off menu item to compensate for the lack of frap variety tho and the baristas where very helpful although I'm fairly sure it was inconvenient

C'mon Starbucks, you can do better. This is the 3rd time I have ordered a double smoked bacon, egg and cheddar and you have given me something totally different. My fault for not checking before I left this time. Pay better attention! That's 6.00 dollars wasted because I can't eat the sandwich you gave me.

I placed a pickup order. When I arrived, it said it was ready. I asked the barista, and she told me they were working on it. Twenty minutes later, no one gave me an answer, my order still wasn’t ready, and the store was empty. Another person came in with an order, asked for some water while waiting, and the girl was rude. She told him she couldn’t give him water unless he was a customer. Terrible service.

I have been sitting in this trap of a drive-through for over 30 minutes and have somewhere to be. And I’m paying good money for this they need to get it together. Not a happy person right now
