I love this Starbucks store. It’s close to my house in BA and I go here often. In fact, I went by this morning. My drink is always just right and the service is fantastic. The manager Bre is running a great store and the staff is always friendly to me. Highly recommend!!!

This location never listen to customer. Ordered a Carmel ribbon frap ask for almond milk. They didn’t not use, now I’m sick stomach hurting! I should’ve followed my intention and drove off and went to Dutch bros. Then this location always wanna hand you the dirty key pad out window and force you to touch it. Saying company policy. BS other locations don’t make you touch it! At least clean and wipe it down. It’s cold and flu season everybody touching that nasty keypad! If I say just swipe my card or let me use tap to pay then listen! She got upset cause I refused to touch that nasty keypad! Must of did something to my drink cause now I feel ill! Always asking for tips but can’t get order right! Make it make sense! Be my last time at that location! Never consistent, watered down, just horrible service! Not sure why I even gave another chance. Fail every time!

I absolutely love Starbucks and have never had an experience quite like this morning at my local Starbucks that I go to daily! The store manager Bre has zero people skills and was extremely rude right off the bat at the speaker for no reason. When I tried to have a conversation with her at the window about why she was so rude. She told me never to come back to that location again. So I spent my morning off on the phone with corporate and her district manager who insured me I was welcome at any location including hers, but it was Not the best start to my morning having to deal with an angry store manager for literally no reason!
Just got a chia latte with brown sugar foam and the girl at the window was the sweetest! Also the best hot latte I've ever had!

At this point, I am paying for the ice not the coffee (too much ice). I specifically requested for light ice (don’t care) if you have to charge me extra. Ugggh!

I don’t know what it is with this Starbucks, but every time I order here the drinks don’t taste the same as the other Starbucks. I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe it’s just my unlucky day but the Starbucks in Target across the street makes better drinks than this Starbucks with consistency and I get the same drinks all the time. Even if I don’t want to stop, park, and walk into Target just to get Starbucks, I will bc this one honestly has failed me every time. 🥲

This really deserves zero stars. Put a mobile order through while entering the line. Employee asked me to leave the line and drive around and come back in about 10 min. I asked her what the difference was from me sending an order from the app which she confirmed she saw versus ordering through the drive thru which would take exactly the same amount of time. There was no one ahead of me. Initially no one behind me. Inside was not busy at all with exactly two people inside already sipping their drinks. We went back and forth calmly and eventually there was exactly one car behind me. She said it messes with their drive thru times and forced me to leave the line anyways and asked me to return later or come inside. I parked and came inside. My drinks were ready almost instantly, same as they would have had I just remained in line. Then they forgot a food item and I was so angry I didn’t even notice. I called half way down the highway and she indicated I could return to get the item or come back inside for a refund even though it was paid through the app. Out of the kazillion Starbucks I’ve been to across the country and internationally this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Won’t return. The idea that I’d have to drive over 45 min to come back to obtain a refund in person for one food item is insane. Worst experience worst Starbucks. I’ve never had a Starbucks employee ask me to leave a drive thru line like that and I’m a frequent flyer coming to Starbucks almost every day and spending on avg $20-35 per day.

I only go to Starbucks for the Pumpkin Spiced Latte (extra shot of espresso) once in a blue moon. It reminds me that the beautiful fall weather and the holidays are coming.
