They have a few tables in the back where you can get some work done. Great break from driving and waiting for EV to charge. Wish they had outlets to plug in laptop to charge.

There was a new barista there today and she was exceptionally kind. I didn’t get her name, but I wish I did. I got a vanilla bean frappe with strawberry purée, a drink I found on Pinterest, and she said she would try her best but hasn’t done many off the menu drinks. I got it in at most 5 minutes, and could tell they had been busy because a lot of the pastries were sold out, but she still got my drink done quickly and was supper kind.

So I go here about couple times a week and everyone is typically super nice but today there’s one person in particular female. I was already waiting for about 10 minutes or so we’re typically I don’t mind cause I get it. I worked in a Starbucks before I understand how things happen, but it’s just the way she had come about it, and she was just super rude slammed the screen door after handing me my drink which I didn’t say anything and then she asked if I needed a straw, I said yes and then just send the screen door in my face and just kind of felt like that was a little rude. Didn’t even say sorry about your way anything like that I think she should just learn more about customer service that’s all thank you

If you Want any pumpkin spice drink don’t go to this Starbucks. I thought I would give them another chance because last year when I got one from here they barley put any pumpkin Spice in the drink. I just got another one today and you cannot taste it at all. I would go to the Starbucks across the street.

I hate to give a one star but this is the only location that I can think of the makes very sloppy coffee. This location can’t make a cold foam cold brew if they life depend on them. A great spot to grab a drink before a busy shopping trip. Starbucks drinks are always going up which is really disappointing. However, the true experience lies within the amazing customer service. The baristas at this location are far more friendlier than the standalone locations that are nearby. I am always pleased with my experience at this location! Tam and Trevor were the baristas during my last visit a few days ago and they were friendly, bright, and engaging! Trevor was welcoming and made sure to welcome in everyone as they walked in. Tam also made me the best matcha latte I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that the baristas are usually overworked with there usually being 1-2 baristas during the busier days. However, this is not their fault and I really do feel bad for them especially when only a single barista is working. I cannot imagine having to take orders, make drinks, and still maintain high customer satisfaction by myself!! Please remember to treat these workers with respect and to be patient during the busier days. Especially with the holidays coming up! I will definitely be returning to this spot :)

Was getting ready to drive 6 hours to my grandmas funeral and forgot Starbucks closes at 9pm. Barely got my mobile order in and tan inside 5 minutes before. I quickly realized I made my order for Lynn lane and the girls were so sweet and immediately made my coffee for me and made my night even though I was the one that messed up. Not only that, they were soooo nice and talkative. I’ve never had such good service. I wish I got their names but they were the ones who closed on 9/11/23
