There was an issue with the grinder to ground the espresso; it was too fine and would clog my machine. I spoke with the manager, Jori, she was absolutely wonderful. She did a trouble shoot on the machine, showed the difference of what I had been given versus what it was actually supposed to be and completely made it right. She was so kind! Thank you Jori! Your kindness definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, and makes a difference!

Autumn

This was only my second time using mobile order, and once the app said my order was ready, I pulled up directly to the window. I didn’t realize I needed to stop at the speaker first, and when I pulled up to the window, I was spoken to very rudely. Most people are just trying to start their day off right with a cup of coffee, and rude interactions can really ruin that. A polite explanation would have been enough.
So, to the young girl working the window, treat others how you want to be treated. It’s not that hard to be nice.

Went through the drive-through with my mom, got there at 9:35 am - left at 9:54 am, listened to the people that work there having a conversation, then laughed about forgetting my drink with her friend. It should not take almost 20 minutes' for a caramel macchiato, and 2 cake loaves.

This is by far the most inconsistent Starbucks in Tulsa/BA. Flip a coin to whether you’re gonna be Able to get a drink worth drinking. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my house and the one I’m stuck going to most of the time. But now I’m looking for something else because I’m tired of paying eight dollars for a drink that I throw in the trash.

Crystal Reflections

went through drivethrough for two drinks; got the order messed up and had to redo the drinks - still didn't get either of them correct. After waiting in line for them to fix it for 15 minutes I just accepted the drinks and left. $14.00n for two drinks got wrong and a long wait :(
