Went through the drive-through with my mom, got there at 9:35 am - left at 9:54 am, listened to the people that work there having a conversation, then laughed about forgetting my drink with her friend. It should not take almost 20 minutes' for a caramel macchiato, and 2 cake loaves.

This is by far the most inconsistent Starbucks in Tulsa/BA. Flip a coin to whether you’re gonna be Able to get a drink worth drinking. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my house and the one I’m stuck going to most of the time. But now I’m looking for something else because I’m tired of paying eight dollars for a drink that I throw in the trash.

went through drivethrough for two drinks; got the order messed up and had to redo the drinks - still didn't get either of them correct. After waiting in line for them to fix it for 15 minutes I just accepted the drinks and left. $14.00n for two drinks got wrong and a long wait :(

This location is often running behind but the reason for this review is they are ALWAYS out of things. There’s literally only 2 current latte options. All the mochas are gone, no macchiato, and the only latte is pistachio or plain. Other locations still have every flavor.
Giving this a one star because I have came here multiple times and now I try to avoid it unless I absolutely have to before work. I always order ahead and every single time that I’ve done so it’s been 15 minutes plus and my order still isn’t ready. I Usually get there around 4 PM so it’s not even a busy time for them and they still can’t get my order ready. Yesterday I came in ordered a coffee and a croissant and my coffee was ready but not my croissant. I asked them where it was. They told me It’d be a couple minutes. I waited 10 minutes in the lobby after already waiting 22 minutes from whenever I placed my order. This is just ridiculous!

Everytime I come to this location my drink tastes weird as heck. I always get the exact same drink every day. Usually it tastes burnt or just gross; last time I went it tasted like chemicals. Idk what is going on at this location but I’ve gotten my same drink in Texas and here in Oklahoma at other locations and this location is by far the worst and nastiest drinks made. I’ve started driving further from my house to get coffee just because my drink tasting like chemicals.

I absolutely hate this location but the only reason I'm coming to it is because my favorite location is currently being remodeled. Every time I come here my drink is made wrong they refuse to remake it and the female dude whatever the hell they identify as that always ends up bringing up my shit gives me the worst attitude and worst vibes it was trying to refuse me using my personal cup because of a little bit of water residue y'all need to do better especially at this location
