It was a really windy day today. The lady who was working the window was awesome. That was four of us in one car who didn't have any clue as to what we wanted to eat. She was so helpful and kind. All of our food was hot and seasoned perfectly. Would recommend this location to anyone.
Parking: Nothing but just go give them a chance and try them out for your self.
Kid-friendliness: As far as I could tell you

I’ve loved coming to Steak ‘n Shake since I was a kid. It was the one place I always begged my parents to go but today I’m disappointed. I’m not sure if they stopped selling cheese sauce or not but I had ordered cheese fries thinking I’d get some fries with melted cheese. Well, I got the fries but I got a small cup of shredded cheese to just put on top. Not sure what happened as I was really looking forward to it but hopefully if they did get rid of the actual cheese sauce they’ll bring it back.

It took 10 minutes for someone to serve us, food came wrong and the server forgot about us after giving us the food. And managers should pay attention at their workers who just flirt on the job instead of working.

Was over at hospital ordered food at 6:00pm set to pick up at 6:30pm. 645 finally give me food. Shake was melted cold fries. Not very good experience

Food is excellent, service is good, but the menu is not detailed enough. The specialty burgers do not give a description of what is actually on the burger.
This is the second time I’ve eaten here. First time (several months ago) the burger was real good and the fries were fresh, so decided to try them again. The food I picked up tonight was awful. I took 2 bites of the burger and threw it away. The fries were so cold and just gross. This was a McDonald’s dinner for double the price.

Was there an hour and a half. Had to stop a waiter to place my order. Had to stop a waitress to get our drinks. Food came before we got drinks. Only had a party of 5 and after the 15 minutes waiting to be seating both of the other parties were gone before we even got our food. The burgers were small and wrong. I can honestly say I will not go back.
