I absolutely love a good Steak 'n Shake burger. We have made it a tradition to visit this location when having a night out to go view the lights at Rhema during Christmas time.
Facility seemed to be clean. The staff was decent. We only seen our waitress when she took our order and then when given the check to pay.
The food was good. The Christmas decor was cute. We will continue to visit when in town.

I was enjoying coming here until my last visit where I was served by a Great Value Post Malone who offered horrible service and seemed to be doing so on purpose after I had asked for him to wipe the dirty table down that I was being seated at. He looked at me as if it was a foreign idea to clean the seating areas where people eat food. When I had asked for ketchup, he went to the back, returned with one that barley had the lid on causing it to spill everywhere and from that point on proceeded to ignore our table, didn’t bring refills once. He would not make eye contact, only returned once to drop off the check. Cowardly, immature, horrible service.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Staff is completely incompetent. Would not eat here if you have food allergies or wanted decent service. Host: She sat 5 people in a small booth, said follow me then proceed to slam menus on table and keep walking to the kitchen. Waitress: brought a 2 year old an adult drinking glass. When given the very specific order, she proceeded to bring everything on the side “just in case”. Touching the rest of the food, thankful to just have a pure hatred and not an allergic reaction.
