I want to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Keekee at Subway for going above and beyond! I came in with a last-minute request for over 40 sandwiches, and not only did she handle it with professionalism and grace, but she did it all with a positive attitude and a smile.

Keekee was incredibly organized, efficient, and made sure every sandwich was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly how we needed them. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and care in customer service these days, and I truly appreciate her hard work.

Thank you, Keekee—you’re a rockstar! Subway is lucky to have you, and I’ll definitely be back because of the service you provided!

On Sunday, we had ordered a couple subs through the app. When we went to pick them up, we were told by the 2 teenage boys that were by themselves (no manager in sight) that they were out of turkey, ham, chicken, etc. therefore one of the subs had to be completely different (which is totally fine and manageable), but when we got home and I opened up my BLT sandwich there were 3 total pieces on the sandwich. 2 on one side and 1 on the other. We no longer wanted them at this point and just wanted a refund. The subway app has no way of taking care of refunds through the app so you have to go back to the store to request one. I have left my number now with 2 different people and one person that said she is the manager that just took over the store 2 weeks ago. It’s has been several days and no response from anyone. All I want is a refund. Especially since we took the sandwiches back and threw them away at the store.

One person serving with a million orders. Order was totally wrong!! Ordered a foot long got a 6 inch, supposed to be bacon on it…no bacon. Paid extra for avocado, no avocado. Called and called back, no answer. So not only did I not get anything I ordered!! I paid an arm and a leg for nothing and can get no refund!!! Do NOT go to this Subway!!

This was probably one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. I’m not even the kind of person to leave a review on a restaurant, but this just really bug me. I I went in asking for a flatbread foot-long just to have my sandwich rolled up into a burrito LITERALLY. I mean, just like a chipotle burrito. I asked for a manager they said one wasn’t on duty. It really just looked like a bunch of high school kids running the place. I asked for a bag to carry my burrito in and they didn’t have any bags either. Again, one of the worst subways in B.A.

My family & I came in the store today around 2 pm ! SUPER CLEAN , smelling good as we have not been here in a while . The young lady who was there smiled the whole time & made sure our meal was made properly cuddos too miss Keekee !! We will be back .

Ordered four sandwiches, an employee didn't seem to know how to properly build the sandwich. The employee didn't cut footlong in half and left a knife in a sandwich, which we found after we got home!!!!! Luckily we saw the knife before we ate the sandwich. A family member brought the knife back to Subway, where an employee laughed and accused my family member, of placing the knife in the sandwich!

We will not be going back to that subway in the future.

The only reason I’m leaving a star is because I have to in order to write this review. I came into this Subway and waited forever to get service. I was hoping the blonde manager with the black and white Nikes was there because she's very professional and sweet and always gets my order right plus she always thanks me and is super fast, but instead I got a tweaker dancing around and a man who speaks barely any English helping me. I come in here three times a week and will not be back. I spend good money on my food, at least $40 dollars every time I come in. The store looks disgusting and I'm scared to even let my children eat the food they're serving.

Bathrooms were not very clean. Drink station wasn’t working at all, so we had to get bottled drinks and they up-charged us for the bottled drinks and didn’t include them as part of the meal. Which is dumb because their machines were broken.

I did a mobile order and had it delivered to my house. I asked for light (or less) peppercorn ranch and when I got my sandwich, ranch was leaking everywhere. I’m not sure that the point is the give the option for less sauce when it’s not followed.
