First time and will be the last time visiting this location. Did a mobile order so I wouldn’t have to wait. Got there well after food should have been made and they hadn’t even started it. There was only two people in line too. There was just so much wrong..too much to even put in here. For one the lady employee who was helping Shawn was hiding in the back doing nothing. He was chatting it up, taking too long visiting with the two people in line while she could have already had all my food made. Aggravating thing was I saw my receipt there before they even started the two in person people. Should’ve started the Mobile order way in advance. And then she made my sandwich wrong so she had to start over. Forgot items & made items wrong. Just a complete disaster. Franchise owner definitely needs to rethink who they have working for them.

self. and he was funny and blunt lol made my night, also he was definitely frustrated you could tell but he kept it professional

First, their app is horrible. Next they advertise 6.99 any footling in app. I ordered two basic footlongs and they only discounted one. No mention of any limit. Staff couldn't figure it out but also did not credit my second footling to the 6.99 price. I asked why. They replied it is a corporate app. I asked if there were any corporate stores. She said no. I stated so any subway can cheat their customers, blame it on corporate, and not do anything about it. She said yes. How long are we going to put up with this madness? If their register doesn't have a button for it, they are inept to making things right.

Rude employees. Didn’t have the items I ordered online. They were going to let me leave without putting all my items I paid for in my bag. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Just awful

The food is just food, but the service is terrible, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food and there were only 4 people there. They were ignoring us half the time, it was just crazy

My friend and I just ran by to grab sandwiches, we got back home and my friend’s sandwich indeed had a BUG INSIDE of her sandwich. I’m very disappointed this is disgusting and could get so many people sick. ( you can see the bug on the lettuce)

I filled in an online application form where it said I was 15. They then told me to come in for a interview and when we finally sat down after she was taking to a friend in the back she said she couldn’t hire because I wasn’t 16 when on my application it clearly said I was 15 and they seen it.

Short on meat big on out of date lettuce.seems to be the subway motto.ive eaten subway twice two different locations in Tulsa both times I got sick.not just me but 3 people I was with.everything is going up in price.quality way down.long story short don't wast your money. subway is gross.please don't wast your money

I use the online app to order. The items I want on the sandwiches are very easy to follow. But they get something wrong almost every time. If this place cares about customer service and experience, I’d love to see if you try to redeem yourself!
