Came in tonight 20 mins till close and these young kids don't want to work. Had the nerve to really complain that we came in at this time to order sandwiches to go. Worker even asked me do I know what time it is? And cussed!!! And the girl working was just laughing they said y'all ruining our night. Really??? I left!!! Not getting my business now or ever!!! If your open till 10 why is it a problem I come in to get sandwiches to go??? Kids need to learn how to work!!! Not professional at all!!!

So my friends and i called and asked when the next train is to Oklahoma City was and we talked to a guy named Xavier i believe. We were just prank calling but he was so nice and helpful and he even explained where most trains were in America. Thank you for telling us that there are trains in New York!! Five whole stars!!

Picked up order got home it was wrong and cold (ordered it toasted) open sandwich up barely any lettuce.. a total of 4 spinach leaves.. no onion.. no pickles.. 3 black olives.. drenched in ranch as it is soggy.. called store was given attitude.. told it was too bad when when i said I wanted it remade.. asked for a refund said no.. said I was going to write a horrible review manager said he didn't care it won't effect his paycheck. Iorder here thr other day and it was very good and correct.. stay away from this horrible store.. especially management.. he needs to be fired!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The gentleman that helped me made it very clear he did not like his job and I believe he was a lead or manager because of the way other employees were asking him questions. My sandwiches were made very sloppy with almost bad toppings, the bread was stale and they hardly had any meat on them. Restaurant was disgustingly dirty.

Awful experience. The young man working seemed high and slow. The young girl that was working had 0 social skills and absolutely no manners. She needs training on how to make a sandwich.

Very slow, very unfriendly, seemed confused. Lettuce was turning brown, the bread was stale on all three sandwiches, very little meat, just all around terrible food. I have always gone to this Subway, just not lately. Get better management or people will not return.

Absolutely terrible service. All 3 of the staff members (pink hair teenager, african american teenager, and young "manager" woman with tattoo on her arm) seemed high out of their minds. Extremely slow. Took 5 mins to just cut the bread. Not quality sandwiches. Ingredients cross contaminated in the bins of other ingredients. Flies flying near the food. Do not come to this subway. If you do go, walk out if you see these 3 employees.

It took forever for our two sandwiches to be made. My sandwich was made twice because the employee burned the first one. After waiting & waiting, she struggled & couldn’t cut a sandwich in half & had to ask another employee for help who was busy cashing out another customer that arrived AFTER us and got her food before us (this never happens at any Subway). Flies were flying all over the veggies including my son’s sandwich which they also forgot about. His unfinished sandwich had been sitting there completely open, flies flying over it, while they were already ringing up my first sandwich, when my order was not even completed. I had to ask them to please get my son’s sandwich which I was so grossed out at this point feeding it to my child. The flies also landed on others customers sandwiches while the employees were MAKING them. The customers said something to the employees, the sandwiches were NOT remade nor charges waived. The sandwiches were flavorless. No manager came out to assist or check on these young kids who were struggling and needed help. I will never return to this location.
