Terrible customer service. The “Manager” didn’t allow me to switch out chips that were the same price when subways online app doesn’t have all the selections that the store offers. The manager was worried about inventory. But yet can’t build a sandwhich to directions given on an online order app. She gave me Swiss instead of pepper jack and didn’t follow the directions of double toasting. The “Manager” is so caught up with policy that she can’t make a sandwhich too directions on a ticket. Needs retraining on making a sandwhich and customer service. It’s crazy how the regular worker is much nicer than a manager.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews because I give people the benefit of the doubt but this is now the SECOND time I have been to this subway and have had horrible service. I have worked for subway myself and if you are out of cookies you HAVE to make more. The employee told me “if you don’t see them in the box then we are out and I’m not turning the oven on this late to make more.” Mind you it’s 645-7pm and they have 2 more hours until the stores closes. Management is failing this store. The young men working there have been rude and inattentive the last two times I have gone to this subway. I will not be returning after this. What a joke.

Lazy a** fat ladys dont know how to make a sandwhich, never order online from here EVER. They forgot my cheese and thr lady that made it was getting all sassy saying you need to come down here then because i put cheese on it and how they cant do anything about it Unless i come down there. dont have a car and i Expected YOU to make a sandwhich right but they cant do that. I accidentally ordered my food too far in advance and when I called to tell them they put it aside in the cooler for me. When I went to pick it up they were making me a whole new one so it would still be hot when I ate it! I appreciate them doing that for me so much!!

This place is actually ridiculous. I was in a hurry before work and placed my order on the app. It said it'd be ready in ten minutes, I was there in 15. Subway had only a couple of people in line, so I checked in and they told me my food wasn't ready yet. There were four employees, one looking like a manager. A family of 6 or 7 came in, and these employees made me and two other mobile orderers wait until their line was completely empty before even STARTING our orders. I waited over 40 minutes before they even STARTED the food. Ridiculous.

3 employees 4 customers. 1 employee standing at register doing nothing. 1 employee mopping floor. 1 employee waiting on customers. How do you stay in business. My wife in car and when I left realizing I wasn’t going to get service for quite awhile, employee mopping just laughed
