Unlike every other subway in broken arrow, they do NOT offer a discount for upgrading to a combo. So my 3 footlong combos cost $44 instead of $34 they would have cost down the road. Do yourself a favor and check prices before you go. Or just go to a different location. Also, there is a dead roach under the table. The employees are nice though.

The only reason I’m leaving a star is because I have to in order to write this review. I came into this Subway and waited forever to get service. I was hoping the blonde manager with the black and white Nikes was there because she's very professional and sweet and always gets my order right plus she always thanks me and is super fast, but instead I got a tweaker dancing around and a man who speaks barely any English helping me. I come in here three times a week and will not be back. I spend good money on my food, at least $40 dollars every time I come in. The store looks disgusting and I'm scared to even let my children eat the food they're serving.

Took my two sons there for lunch and we were extremely disappointed. They changed the sub names as so they couldn't honor coupons. Bought three subs and they were skimpy and way overpriced as their prices increased. Spent $40 on 3 subs and we were still hungry after eating them. Been going there for years and unfortunately we will never return again. The cashier started singing a religious chant that sounded Arabic which I thought was unprofessional and inappropriate at the work place.

Whether it’s remembering my usual order, keeping the station clean and organized, or offering great suggestions, they consistently deliver top-tier customer service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the customers.

Subway is lucky to have such a dedicated and reliable team member. I’ll definitely be returning — not just for the subs, but for the excellent service from Ella . Highly recommend!

I was being acuse of stealing chips while I was waiting in line to be served. She then started to yell and use curse words. After I was told to not eat my chips. So then I ended up paying for my chips and left and was told it was her last week working at subway.so she did not care about her work. Bad customer service

This location is specifically bad. First forgot to toast bread and then toasted full sub with veggies inside instead of either remaking or removing greens before they toast it. May be employees are new and not trained but it's a sub and this is common sense!

Finally under some new management. The previous management and crew didn't seem to care about cleaning or making decent sandwiches. I'm glad the new management has cleaned up and restored the positive vibes that were once here! 😁

Whoever is working right now (4/10/2025) and you made the Doordash order for Autum around 6pm, you deserve a raise and I hope you have the best day ever and you get everything you could ever want out of life. This was the best subs we’ve had in a HOT minute from Subway. They were hella toasty, loaded with everything we asked, AND you didn’t skimp on the sauces. You’re the best. 🫡

This is the second time we’ve come to this location and they close early. Came 40 minutes before close. Door locked employees looked at me and hid in the office looking out a cracked door. This location has tricked us for the last time.

This subway location is very strange. The bread and other ingredients are usually OK but the customer service is unfriendly and the vibes are really, really weird.

An older lady with blonde hair waited on me today when I came in around 11am. I think she was the manager but I'm not sure, and if she had a name tag on I couldn't see it. I told her what size sandwich and what type of bread, and then she asked me "what meat?" but I couldn't understand her at first. I guess she interpreted that as disrespect because she went off on me and tried to kick me out of the store. She told me that I come in her store all the time and that I'm "always rude" which is strange because I only go in there to pick up Subway for my kid's lunch maybe once every four to six weeks (far from "all the time"). She said that there were two other nearby Subway locations, so I should leave and go to one of them instead. I told her that I have chronic health problems and am not trying to be rude and I even attempted to apologize for whatever she finds offensive about me (the look on my face, the tone of my voice, whatever). She refused to hear me and was just incredibly insulting and unreasonable. I had to deal with all of this from her on a day when I'm in so much pain I can barely function. Anyone who deals with chronic illness will know exactly what I mean.

This person had waited on me before and was always slightly rude, but I was not prepared for how she behaved today. I have frequent chest pain due to long covid, and although being in pain can sometimes affect the tone of my voice, I don't think I did anything offensive enough to justify the way she reacted to me. Plus, I attempted to apologize and explain myself but she dismissed me without taking even a moment to listen or empathize with me (there were no other customers there, by the way). The other employee who was present, a young woman with curly hair, was quiet and extremely kind. I really appreciated that she was the one who rang me up instead of the older lady. I left a good tip just because I genuinely felt bad about what happened, but I wouldn't go back to that Subway again if you paid me. They are definitely NOT there to make my life any easier, lol.

I am chronically ill but I am still capable of being reasonable, recognizing when I have upset someone, and apologizing. That lady who waited on me today...I guess her problems are a lot worse than mine and I really hope she's OK.

Wow I can't even explain the customer service I got from this place. It is absolutely horrid of customer and quality. Please replace weekend night employees. I came in there explaining the quality of my food made for an online order. Sandiwches were made erong and very poorly made. And they completely trash talked me and almost fought me out of the store. When my food was wrong. It should not have been a big deal but to remake and meet me with good customer service.
