Literally 2 pieces of ham on my sandwich, the young woman made the sandwich so fast and there was no one in line after me. I’ve never in my life had a sandwich made with 2 pieces of ham. I’m not a complainer but this is by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had

I’m a regular which upsets me I have never had a problem but I decided to switch it up and try something new the pizza! Yea it was not done I was on a lunch break so I couldn’t stop back in but the middle was completely cold the cheese wasn’t melted the outside was warm tho

I have been to several subways and had good experience except this place. I asked before I start the order if he except coupons, and the guy said in a rude way he said yes. The coupon was 2 foot longs for $12.99. I ordered Subway club which is roast beef, turkey and ham and 8 slices of cheese. Since I don't eat ham, all other subways add more turkey. This guy was very rude and said you can't add more turkey, I said fine . So I waited and saw he only put 4 slices of cheese , I mentioned it should be 8 slices and rudely again I will charge more for the cheese. I decided just to take it as is . Then he charged me $18.03 I asked why? And he said for adding the turkey. My thinking was he added more turkey instead of the ham. I paid it and left just to realize there was no more turkey added and he charged me for roast beef sandwich + another meat for $3.50 extra.
This place is a rip-off and very rude individual. I should have read the reviews before going to this place. Stay away from this place. Copy of my receipt attached.

Decided to go to Walmart on Hillside Driive because it has a subway. It was about 7:15. We walked up to the counter, no one was there. We waited and looked around. My husband found the guy in the back working. No big deal. Well when he came out to take our order, he was extremely rude and gruffly said the bell didn’t work?!! We said excuse me? He said yeah the bell! ( still not seeing a bell.). Then he said Sandwich!!! I told him the bread etc . He yelled at me the entire time . Vegetables!! Sauce!! Did the same to my husband. Every once in awhile he would stare at the football game on the tv. My husband asked me if I wanted a cookie, I said know. We got up to the register and ordered drinks, I wanted water, he yelled water is 1.09!! I said that’s fine. By this time it was almost comical. We chose not to eat there because of his volatile behavior. The sandwich was good, he made to order, but my goodness. Talking about feeling like an imposition. I don’t write reviews ever. I have never experienced this from any subway before . BTW we saw the bell when we were leaving lol . It was literally a little doorbell in the middle of the glass partition. Not even close to where you order , there was no sign at all. Lol

Worst customer service I've ever had. Rude, they don't care, throws ur sandwiches together and when u order on app they do NOT honor any discounts. I order the logo buy 1 get 1 free and went to.pick it up and was refused my 2nd sub and was told too bad .. I showed my order on the app that I paid for and he laughed in my face and said . We don't have to honor any coupons. Pathetic .. so I tell everyone of my customers NOT to ever go to this store. THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND SUBWAY SHOULD REMOVE THEIR NAME FROM THIS PERSON!! DISGUSTING!!!

Obviously they are aware the guy employee is extremely rude to customers, but they still continue to employ him. That’s strange. Plus they don’t honor coupons. He was mean and rude to elderly ladies as well. Just save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. He’s trash!

So disappoined in the way I was treat on 3.23.24The gentlemen working was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! I asked him about the phone lines as they weren't allowing calls to go through I called for 2 hours straight. He scolded about the store phones an proceeded to give me attitude when I had a large order that I attempted to call 2 hours ahead. It was embarrassing!! I will not be going back! Customer service was a NEGATIVE 10!

Sandwich was great. The employee, however, was pretty short with his patience and somewhat curt when asked questions. Of course, it appeared he was working by himself and maybe this was frustrating for him.

The employee by the name of Jeff Eagle came from backroom with a obvious attitude and started barking questions at me without even making eye contact. I asked him if he was okay because he seemed stressed. He told me he other stuff to do. I said okay just forget the sandwich and told me okay and not to ever come back.I hope whom ever owns or is responsible this location read this review and will take it seriously. I want to ensure them I will never due business at that location again. I will also use the power of "word of mouth" to spread the experience to others as well.
