I came by the drive-thru on Thursday (11/20) around midnight with my friend. I told the lady at the speaker I had a mobile order, and when I asked if I could add something else, she gave attitude right away.
At the window she was rude, short, and even slammed the window shut while we were still waiting. It felt really unprofessional and made the whole interaction pretty uncomfortable.

I love taco bell but some of the workers don't pay attention and don't give you what you asked.also its getting whereabouts get very few beans but lots of tortilla

I have an issue with Taco Bell policy in general. I wanted the salad - rice. I'm a diabetic and don't need the additional refined carbs. I would like to add extra beans because they're low on the glycemic index. I'm charged for the extra beans but do not get credit for the rice deduction. I feel like this is kind of a rip. I chose not to order anything. Somewhat sterile environment because you have to order at the kiosk. I would almost rather do the drive-thru and take my meal inside to eat it. Taco Bell has lost its personal touch. I get the economics just don't like it.

Normally pretty good but…. Requested NO sour cream. Paid for extra guacamole and an order of cinnamon twist. I received sour cream and no guacamole and no twist!

I go here way too much and Geovante, Sam, and Jayden take amazing care of me. I always go at like midnight. They do an amazing jobs on my burritos that I customize every time. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!!
It was around 11 pm Las Monday. Went through drive thru ordered nacho Bell grande and a bunch of side stuff. Customer service was great and the food wash awesome. I had never been to this location but they were spot on

The last few times we’ve been at this location the food has not been fresh and we’re lucky if the staff says two words to us. We decided to give it one more go and everything was Luke warm, tortillas were stale, potatoes were burnt/hard, and the Dr Pepper didn’t have an ounce or carbonation. We probably won’t be visiting this location anymore.

came through and my boyfriend told them he was specifically allergic to avocado, they still put avocado sauce & out food was cold. we came back and told them 3 times he is allergic they still proceed to ask if it’s just guacamole or all avocado ..

Slowest taco bell in BA if you like to wait over 40 m for a taco come to this spot it's crazy how slow they always are.

I ask, EVERYTIME, for no Chipotle sauce and 90% of the time they keep it on. It's disgusting. I ordered food, for the last time at this location, and it's so full of Chipotle sauce that it's making up for the 10% of the time they actually remove it.
When I get tacos, soft or hard, there is almost nothing on it. It's like a table spoon of meat and a sneeze of cheese.
Getting a normally sized, plain, bean burrito is almost impossible. They give me them and they're the smallest things I've ever seen! They charge me full price for a full bean burrito and give me half of one. How do you mess up a plain bean burrito??????
Why should I spend my money at this location if they cant even get a bean burrito right? I'm driving as far as I need to, to another location if it means I actually get the food I pay for.
