It was around 11 pm Las Monday. Went through drive thru ordered nacho Bell grande and a bunch of side stuff. Customer service was great and the food wash awesome. I had never been to this location but they were spot on

The last few times we’ve been at this location the food has not been fresh and we’re lucky if the staff says two words to us. We decided to give it one more go and everything was Luke warm, tortillas were stale, potatoes were burnt/hard, and the Dr Pepper didn’t have an ounce or carbonation. We probably won’t be visiting this location anymore.

came through and my boyfriend told them he was specifically allergic to avocado, they still put avocado sauce & out food was cold. we came back and told them 3 times he is allergic they still proceed to ask if it’s just guacamole or all avocado ..

Slowest taco bell in BA if you like to wait over 40 m for a taco come to this spot it's crazy how slow they always are.

I ask, EVERYTIME, for no Chipotle sauce and 90% of the time they keep it on. It's disgusting. I ordered food, for the last time at this location, and it's so full of Chipotle sauce that it's making up for the 10% of the time they actually remove it.
When I get tacos, soft or hard, there is almost nothing on it. It's like a table spoon of meat and a sneeze of cheese.
Getting a normally sized, plain, bean burrito is almost impossible. They give me them and they're the smallest things I've ever seen! They charge me full price for a full bean burrito and give me half of one. How do you mess up a plain bean burrito??????
Why should I spend my money at this location if they cant even get a bean burrito right? I'm driving as far as I need to, to another location if it means I actually get the food I pay for.

Might’ve been an off day for these guys but i did not have fun. I just wanted a water cup with my food that i ordered online, I made eye contact with an employee twice, and no one came over. Could I have said something? yes, but come on how hard is it to just ask what someone at the register wants. places with the self serve registers just forget that other necessities exist, like hey what if you messed something up? idk i just wanted water

Went through the drive thru with my dad, I tried the enchilada burrito, it was good for the price. I hardly ever eat at taco bell, but I do appreciate the value menu, and the vegetarian options. The food was hot, and quick here.

I got the 7 dollar meal + some nacho fries. My fries were hard and completely cold. My taco was served to me broken with barely any meat. My burrito was good👍. The gordita shell was very old. Almost everything I ate was nearly inedible.

It was nice to see the new ordering kiosks. It made things go a lot smoother. I appreciate the time that the employees took to fix th orders correctly. The Broken Arrow location is really nice

Went there tonight late, at just past midnight, got me my order of food ( 3 Dorito locos tacos and a nacho fry ) . Was immediately greeted at the machine by a super welcoming "Hello" by a woman. Pulled around to the window, same nice woman. Service was fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
I brought the $7 and $10 box not worth it to me and was not pleased at all! However I truly think the $7 dollar is better than the $10 box!! I won't be backl
