It was nice to see the new ordering kiosks. It made things go a lot smoother. I appreciate the time that the employees took to fix th orders correctly. The Broken Arrow location is really nice
Kid-friendliness: Nice fast food place to bring your kids
Went there tonight late, at just past midnight, got me my order of food ( 3 Dorito locos tacos and a nacho fry ) . Was immediately greeted at the machine by a super welcoming "Hello" by a woman. Pulled around to the window, same nice woman. Service was fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
I brought the $7 and $10 box not worth it to me and was not pleased at all! However I truly think the $7 dollar is better than the $10 box!! I won't be backl

I was so looking forward to some fresh crispy tacos…I was sadly and greatly disappointed! The tacos I received were so soggy and mushy that it was hard to even call them tacos! They literally fell apart when I tried to put some taco sauce on them. I picked them up at the drive through and it took me about 5 minutes to get home; however, they should not have become so soggy in that short of time! This was the first time I have ever ordered or picked up food from this location and I assure you it will be the last time.

Twice now have ordered the Dirty Baja Blast Dream (the drink) and have received the freeze, with ice cubes?? not coming back again
Normally, they never messed up on my order, but I ordered the seven dollar Luxx box and instead of my cheesy gordita crunch they put chicken in it when it’s supposed to come with beef

This location has the touch screen ordering and no one takes your order we tried standing there for about i minutes before we gave up and ordered off the touch screen... it's annoying, the cheese I got had large clumps of stuff in the bottom of it, I hope it was just not mixed up good.

This location is ran by kids and the food and service shows. I've dined in a few times and each time have heard the cooks yelling vulgar obscenities, joking around acting like fools with blatant disregard for the patrons in the lobby.. kids included. The food is thrown together like a mess and serving sizes vary depending how much of the mess actually makes it's way onto your plate .. THIS LOCATION IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT!
