Sign says Lobby is open till 2am, here now at a little after midnight and it’s closed. They also always get my order wrong. I’m highly allergic to beef and I always mention it and ask for no beef and just beans and always get one or two items with beef still on them.

Had a great birthday lunch with my son at his favorite establishment. It was the highlight of his day at summer camp getting pulled out in the middle of the day for a Baja blast and burrito.
The employees there were super helpful and friendly. Ensuring we were able to use the kiosks to order our food
as well as helping me get the points for my rewards.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were cool and crisp.
10 out of 10 would recommend.

Donna and her tream did A Amazing Job! I ordered 4x Meal for 4 deals on the online app. That is alot off food if you all don't know! It was fast,accurate,hot and Delicious!!!

The new remodeled taco bell is not personal. Kiosk service only, food was cold, concerns about infections disease control & being unsanitary when everyone is using a kiosk to order. I mentioned to employee they need to put out sanitizer for customers. No one wipes down the kiosk after use. The floors, tables, everything was dirty, then saw the one employee wiping, not washing the dirty trays for reuse. No paper placemats on trays. Cheap decor, seating hard chairs, really uncomfortable. Have to request cups for order. Other customers complaining about no person to order food, having to use kiosk. For people who are not knowledgeable about kiosk makes it difficult with no one to assist them. Taco Bell will loose alot of customers due to being so cheap with their new upgrades. Food was made with less ingredients . Temp in restaurant was freezing. So uncomfortable! That restaurant just lost some customers!

I ordered one chicken chalupa it was over 6 dollars. Nothing else . Then my son wanted nacho fries so we went back no nacho fries so we ordered one chicken quesadilla guac chips one small drink - the most pathetic quesadilla I’ve ever had at Taco Bell - I’m not a customer at this store - nope

My experience from when I first walked in was as follows...... The inside of the restaurant smelt horrible and unclean. I walked to the counter and started looking at menu and made my choice. At this point I have not been greeted or even told that someone is on the way to help. The little girl making the food was trying to correct another crew member on something that she didn't say right over the drive thru speaker and kept following her comment up with.... I don't want you to get wrote up. It was not her place to correct another crew persons performance. Not her business. That should be the manager. When they finally got done with there conversation I heard one of them say something about the counter. I waited another minute than left. So many questions. I will not be going back.

By far one of the very worst places to order Togo food!! You would think that with the menu be so consistent for so many years that it would be quite simple!! Which I'm sure it is if you actually had people working there that valued themselves as well has their jobs and the product they are serving! Disappointed is an understatement based off the amount of money I spent to only get 1 outta the 5 things I ordered correctly!! Smh

Drive through much slower than usual and they left out an item on order. Unfortunately it was my wife's who juat had a baby and the reason we ordered.
