I’m sorry but their food is bad me and my mom got the whole latta platter and the meat was so salty it was barely edible and the cheese sauce is so watered down there is literally no flavor at all

ABSOLUTELY the best experience in a very, VERY long time at a restaurant. Showed up 15 minutes until closing time with a fairly large order and the lady was more than willing to still cook up the order. You never see that kind of customer service anymore at any establishment. Kudos to that lady. Wish I got her name. Update: Because I had to wait on part of my order to finish, a gentleman came and offered me a complimentary drink. 🤯 These people are freaking amazing.

If I could give less I would! I ordered a beef. Chilada platter. No queso shredded cheese only. The chips were just gross tasting, the beans were burned and no shredded cheese. Once you taste burnt beans might as well throw the whole thing away. I keep trying but Bueno is almost off list completely as the two locations close to me are always subpar. Thank goodness I ordered a bueno burger also for he other went straight to the trash.

I've been here 6 times. 5 times to buy food and the 6th was to get my food remade. The 5 times I've been there to buy, something has been wrong with my order every time. They have a phone number apparently but no one ever answers it. Good people but this place needs some better training.
Poor service, had to ask for drink cups. No open salsa bar.

June 2024 update.... the new crew of young ladies that have taken over this location are incredible! Seriously went from the worst bueno ever to the absolute best seemingly overnight! I can not say enough good things about them! They are all super sweet, food is always fresh and amazing, order is always right and they get the job done quickly! Keep it up ladies you all are ROCKSTARS!
