Horrible food! My bean burritos where basicly just tortillas. Party burritos from other locations are at least double the size of the 3.00 bean burrito. Service was bad as well the salsa bar was messy and didn't have any cups and the staff acts like you are not even there. 10 out of 10 would not recommend! This is the worst Taco Bueno in all of BA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not ever waste your time coming to this location. Time and time again I think oh I’m gonna give it another chance and every single time they’re either closed for some odd reason that isn’t stated, or they do not have the food that I am ordering. And sometimes when I do actually get food, it’s the wrong thing or it takes an eternity at the drive through and they make you go park so they can bring your food. I just do not understand how this Bueno can be open and operating. It is the most ridiculous Bueno I’ve ever been to.

Really wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming to this location. The entire salsa bar tasted old. The chips had literal grease dripping from them. Absolutely the worst location and I live in tulsa so that's saying alot.

UPDATE: Nobody ever wipes anything down around here. The employees seem angry all the time. The handle on the comode in the men's bathroom is broken off. Now, How do you expect someone to flush a toilet without a handle?

Probably the worst location ever. Ordered from here multiple times and it NEVER fails, there is something missing from the order or the wrong order was given. One time the entire order was completely covered in queso!! Utensils are never in the bag and salsa… I can tell you the exact amount of times we have gotten salsa with our food even when we ordered the gallon-O-salsa, NEVER. Corporate of Taco Bueno it is time for yall to step in and do something.
Store closes at 10pm. Show up at drive thru at 9:45, nobody answers. Walk up to door & it’s locked. 5 people inside cleaning up & mopping after knocking 50 times not one person looks up. They still have 15 minutes left to serve food! What the heck!! Not cool. They could have at least got on speaker & said sorry we’re closed or sorry out of food…something! Or waved or acknowledged me when I’m knocking & say they’re sorry but no food or whatever the reason, but instead I got nothing. Worst customer service ever!!!
