Love eating here whenever we go out of town. No longer have them in Wichita. Miss this place soo much! The fresh salsa, crunchy taco shells, and just fresh food.

Horrible… was not eatable. Absolutely insane how you can make this food horrible. My food was pre made and had been sitting for hours!!!!! The order was wrong which wasn’t hard.
My burritos were smashed with hardly anything in the tortilla. the taco shells were stale and it smelt very off! If it was worth my time I’d go get my money back.
Thanks now I have nothing to eat tonight!

Taco Bueno has gone t all when it comes to customer service. It's just a matter of time I guess, before you will either do something about YOUR problem, or close up.
No excuse for the way you allow your people to treat your customers.

Solid location. Only one other guest dining in when I arrived (non peak, afternoon time). Order taker was polite, food came out hot and fresh, and lobby overall was clean. Some of the other reviews are asinine, this is a fast food restaurant, not fine-dining.

If you want six hot sauces, you should order eight. They ALWAYS short you at least two. Maybe they don’t know how to count. There’s no consistency in their food. Time for a new manager and more training. They think by shorting the quantity, they will make more money. Good luck with that, I am tired of it and won’t be back. Sales just went down by$2,000 per year at least.

I asked for a beef burrito and they gave me a bean, that cost $2 less than what I paid for. They also forgot my chips for my chips and cheese. Its sad because it's not that hard to do your job. Maybe stop flirting with your coworkers and you could get it right. August 22nd at 4:15ish, drive thru.

I haven’t had a good experience at Taco Bueno in a long time, but it was lunchtime at work so I thought I would give it another chance. I ordered and sat there for 20 minutes without getting any food. There was a point where an employee asked me if I had received my order. I told that employee no. That employee heard yes. And After five or six more minutes when I had to leave to go to work I requested a refund. Then I left.

Came in the drive for the order I always get for like 3ish months since I’ve moved to BA and got told that wasn’t possible.
So I parked my car and went in hoping it was just just someone new that didn’t know how to do it yet. The “manager” is the one that apparently talked to me over the drive thru was also the front of house order taker. So I tried to order what I have ordered for months with no issues and she was very aggressive about it. Even the customers behind me waiting to order were upset for me. But all I could do was try. I asked for said “‘managers” name and got told, “I don’t have to tell you”,!multiple times. I love going to this on because I usually have a great experience and don’t mind paying extra if it’s not what the meal or combo “is” but this lady was pure hateful.
I will never be back unless someone above this “manager” responds and makes this right.
I also called back once I left to speak to someone more responsible, at least I hoped. Which a young man answered the phone. And I asked him if I ordered what I usually do if it was more than what I was asking for and he said no and then quiet, and hung up the phone 3 seconds later. Again, I’m very upset because I’ve gave a lot of business to this location and to be treated this way and disrespected for asking what I usually get and offered to show receipts where it was done in the past for me wasn’t good enough.
But also if the on shift manager isn’t willing to give their name when I ask, there’s a problem.
