They are always nice here, but this has nothing to do with the customer service. It's the food. For the price, it doesn't justify the price, and the quality makes me feel that Taco Bueno is eventually going to close a few locations. To me Bueno will always be better than T bell.

The food made us sick and the tacos were upside down with everything dumped out of them. It was not even warm and we should've just returned it, but we didn't want to deal with the rude workers again. We won't be back and we'll just go to Taco Bell for now on.

ALL food was lukewarm and drinks watered down. My drink had a lid inside of it! It’s not even the same size lid either! Genuinely nasty thinking of where that was from because how do you even get a completely different sized lid in there… Also, the salsa was cold and clumped together. Worst Taco Bueno in a while!

Taco shells were stale meat was luke warm at best the taco salad meat Luke warm chips stale and to top it off the young man started mopping the floor around our table at 8:30 the smell of Pine-Sol was overwhelming that we just got up. On the way out we spoke to the manager on duty she acted like she could care less and told us she was sorry and put her head phones on and walked to the back. All kinds of health code violations at this place. Workers changing task without washing hands.
