Best Taco Bueno in town! We hardly ever have issues, but today I found a piece of metal wire in food. I’m glad I caught it, but it kinda makes me not trust this place anymore. 😭 great customer service tho, and quick service. Idk if I’ll be back tho.

Bueno is OUT OF LINE . Food quality has not changed..the stores are filthy all the time.OUTTA LINE for raising their prices about 300%.their whole lotta box was 10 bucks in 2017...and is now 26!! My pay hasn't gone up 300% and neither has the cost of the ingredients to make the food.also they over charge for drinks bc I used to sell them to them and it costs them pennies.we thought about going last night after not going in forever..until we saw the menu prices. Done lost their minds smdh

Very busy lunchtime crowd, but the multitude of cars went through the drive-thru in quick time. This Taco Bueno location (south of 61st on Elm in Broken Arrow, OK) is great! Food is prepared as expected, service is prompt and friendly, and it's always a positive experience for me and other family members that go to this location. We know we can count on good service and our order will be correct. We drive out of our way by a few miles to come to this TB. The TB a half mile from our house just doesn't compare to this one! We will always go to the Broken Arrow TB!
Parking: It can be pretty busy at peak meal times, but one can always find a parking space.
Kid-friendliness: Taco Bueno is kid-friendly.

Today the food quality is top shelf here at this right now. Presentation was excellent taste excellent perfect in every way. He’s looking for a good meal. I’m going out this is it today for sure.

Considered myself a regular but today I went through the drive through then discovered my utensi was a single knife. Got back in line and asked the girl how I was going to eat with a knife-kidding. Her answer was - I don’t know what u ordered. Mine was- nothing Incould eat with a knife. She became ugly - threw the fork- and slammed the window. I won’t b going back!!!!!

This is the worst taco bueno in town. I have gone to this location multiple times since moving to broken arrow in 2012. It’s slow, the orders are ALWAYS wrong, and they straight up lie and say they put salsa and straw in the bag already. Yeah, no. They didn’t. From now on, I will avoid this location. It’s easier to across the street to Burger King. Faster, and the correct order.

Bueno charges for their salsa if you do delivery through doordash or other, and even if you pay the 3.99 for a medium sized salsa they still forget it every time. If you need salsa to eat your bueno,Go inside and get your salsa yourself because good luck they only put effort into the food if you go inside to sit down. Not sure why they even have a drive through.
