My chicken quesadilla was very dry and I has to dig around to find about 5 very tiny pieces of chicken. Bueno's quality just keeps getting worse.

I can't understand why a few persons said that the food was skimpy here, we had the largest big ole burritos that we've ever had. All tables were wiped and the floor looked very clean as well.

Probably the WORST experience I have ever had at taco bueno. This location seems to be skimping and doing things their own way vs how the menu presents itself. I have been eating taco bueno for 30 years and this is NOT how you make a taco. I also got the grilled chicken potatoe burrito & it was SMALLER than my party burrito 🤣🤣 this is pathetic & frustrating. PLEASE DO BETTER!

This has to be the most neglected Taco Bueno I have ever been to. The staff and the food are great. But navigating the giant holes in the parking lot and then fighting to talk over a trash bag on the drive-thru speaker is less than ideal. I really wish whomever owns this location would set their team up for success.

Window girl was super nice, but there was next to no meat on tacos. Will not go back and will spend the little extra for real tacos instead. $8.00+ for 3 taco shells full of lettuce is messed up.
I love Bueno, today not so much do to customer service! I ordered a muchaco with no meat as I don’t eat meat the lady that took my order said with no beans? I said no and said meat and spelled it out to help her understand what I was saying, because a lot of times they have issues with the speaker! She seriously said in a rude way … I understand English! When I pulled up to the window I told the girl that was cashing me out what happened she laughed and said we didn’t understand?! I thought you understand English?! She didn’t really wanna hear what I was telling her! Very rude! So I pull off and call them and ask to speak to a manager … she hung up on me! Unbelievable is that how you treat paying customers? I left a message for the corporates office! It takes a lot for me to say something because I know how stressful it can get in customer service since I work in customer service! I would never dare to approach a customer like that! So guess what? You just lost a customer and I will let everyone know that I know what shitty customer service you provide and are ok with it! I ll be going across the street to Catrina from now on!

Dude that ordered before me got two party tacos, went to the salsa bar, and piled up like eight ounces of pico de gallo and jalapenos. I suppose that is an ingenious idea. Anyhow...I like this location because they always have perfect chips. At other Buenos the chips can be teeth-stickingly crunchy, but at this one the chips will break if you pile too much on them. The pico de gallo is loaded with cilantro. Fun aside: I must be adopted, because both my mom and brother have that defect where cilantro tastes like soap. Not me. Mmm. I could probably eat it right off the vine. Anyway, order the chicken chilada platter, or if it's the day before payday, party tacos and/or burritos.
