Went in just now for the first time, waited at the counter for over 5 minutes to order, wasn't greeted by anyone to take my order, so I left. Not the fault of the hard-working ladies scurrying around working in the kitchen, it's more of a management issue.
I don’t usually get taco bueno but i was wanting their pico. So i ordered chips and cheese and asked for pico as well, and after repeating our order 3 times they still got it wrong and only rang us up for a bag of chips. Then after us confronting them they didn’t apologize at all and was like “2.00 then for queso.” and put their hand out for a card. Awful customer service. Do not go this location like we made the mistake of doing.

I don’t typically ever complain about food service no matter what happens but this particular location never gets my order right regardless of what I order. Maybe staff needs to be reinformed of their menu.

It's taco Bueno, don't over think it.
Drive thru experience not worth your time. 20 minutes in line. 10 minutes at the speaker with no response, another 10+ waiting for two cars ahead to make it through.

Wow. If you ever need to know what terrible service looks like this is your place! Got my order terribly wrong and after I verified it four different times with them and then made me pay for the wrong order. Made me wait at the cash register for over five minutes. I wasn’t greeted for that additional five minutes. Not to mention as a gentleman walked in and was waiting. They started talking to me about how they messed up my order, even though he was there before me which I thought was VERY Unprofessional. They gave me half of my order after I verified it so many different times and they repeated it back to me. I just don’t understand what’s so hard about it? And lo and behold their parking lot is so messed up. It is not wheelchair accessible and me and my husband had a really hard time trying to get me inside. They didn’t even have a ramp so it was hard for me to get out and step up. I can’t imagine how it is for people that aren’t able to get out of the wheelchairs.

Yesterday my wife and I had an absolutely horrid visit to this location. We entered and ordered what we usually do: my wife the taco platter and a 20 oz drink and myself a Muchaco Combo (#1) which comes with a 20 oz drink and an extra burrito. The girl at the register asked me if I wanted a medium or a large drink and I said that it came with a 20 oz drink and I wanted that. For some reason she appeared to take a huge offense to my answer for some reason. After that I requested a Veteran Discount after showing my VA card, which took 20% off the total, bring it to $18 and some change.
What we didn't know at the time is that the girl immediately had cleared our order, which had deleted it before it could be made. I guess my shutting her upsale down really upset her. We waited for over 10 orders past our number before inquiring about ours. My wife went up front as I would have caused a scene. As we did not get our food, she requested a refund, which she got in cash, but the staff made our food anyways. When the food was brought out to us, the girl apologized and I requested to speak with a manager. That manager never arrived. In addition my extra burrito was not in our order.
We visit this location quite regularly, but after this experience I can confidently say that we will NEVER return.

I only ever have problems with this specific taco bueno!!!!! I showed up 10-15 minutes before close. There was 1 car in front of me ordering & another that was driving up around to the window. Then I get up to the microphone & some ghetto lady tells me they weren’t taking my order & she says they just took the last order of the night, I proceed to tell her I’ve been behind the other car & have been waiting & she never came back on & said anything else to me!!! How rude & unprofessional!!! I had to reverse out at 9:53pm, as I’m trying to reverse my window was still down & the car that was in front of me starts yelling saying they don’t close until 10pm. I’ll never be back!!!!!!
