Great cute place! Banana bread shake was so good! Little toy area for kids, which is awesome. Staff is really nice. Even is you are visiting, this is the place to grab a quick lunch/breakfast shake and go!

Wide variety of shakes and teas and reasonably priced.

I’ve been to many nutrition shops and this I have to say is my fave! Customer service was very friendly and informative. Their teas are as they should be when picking a level of energy and prices are very fair!!! Oh and it tasted great!!! I will be returning!

The Nutrition Spot is life changing!! In life we all have cravings that we want to satisfy but we do not want to destroy our bodies with too much sugar or too much fat or too high off calories. Well ladies and gentleman, that has all changed. When I first tried the amazing shake and tea combo, I was left speechless. It brought me back to my childhood days when I ate peanut butter, chocolate, cookie dough, fruit roll ups, sour patch kid’s and so much more all the time lol. If you are an athlete or a bodybuilder or a powerlifter or a NoBull crossfit trainer, you will value this amazing place. Great protein, low sugar, low calories and low carbs. The owners of the Nutrition Spot are strong faith filled Christians who love Jesus and who love to serve others. Our bodies represent the temple of Christ and it’s our duty to keep our bodies healthy for the Lord. I would recommend the Nutrition Spot to anyone who is on a journey with their body and who desires to live their best life. Everyone who works at the Nutrition Spot has always been so kind and caring and strive in excellence everyday. Honestly it’s been a privilege to even be apart of this amazing experience and I am so thankful for Mr. and Mrs. Frost AKA the best owners in the world!!
