I haven’t gotten anything that I didn’t like! The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is so friendly. 10/10
Really good shakes and teas. The Nutrition Spot is significantly better than the Shake and tea place right off campus in Norman. I haven’t had a bad shake here yet!
Awesome shakes!
Protein shake (cinnamon roll) absolutely fantastic and good portion. The teas are refreshing and are priced great. Cost of shakes is more, but even my 7 year old can drink a regular size and loves them .
The best people making the best teas and shakes! The energy is unmatched and will start your day off right! Go try it out!

Great cute place! Banana bread shake was so good! Little toy area for kids, which is awesome. Staff is really nice. Even is you are visiting, this is the place to grab a quick lunch/breakfast shake and go!

I’ve been to many nutrition shops and this I have to say is my fave! Customer service was very friendly and informative. Their teas are as they should be when picking a level of energy and prices are very fair!!! Oh and it tasted great!!! I will be returning!
