These spuds were amazing! Two spuds fed my family of 4 with leftovers. My husband was not great at sharing, he would have eaten the whole thing if I had let him. (Let’s be honest, he ate most of it) Staff is super friendly we will definitely be returning.

Stopped by Tractor Supply in Collinsville at 5pm today. There was already a line. Had the old fashioned and brisket potatoes. Both were great and service was awesome.

Would not recommend I got a chicken bacon ranch spud and it was the definition of mediocrity I decided to try their macncheese for 5 bucks i got a portion smaller than quicktrip sells and it absolutely sucked will never return or refer anyone

I got the Buffalo chicken, bacon, ranch, and it was so good. I ate half of it for lunch and saved the other half for dinner & I’m pretty positive. I was eating the decorative paper while chowing haha it’s pretty thin but besides that. 👍🏽

This Sud Truck is wonderful the staff is friendly and courteous. I’ve been wanting to try them for a while and I got the chance today outside of saint Francis hospital.
I had the chicken bacon ranch spud and it didn’t disappoint.
The also gave me a sample of a new spud they are trying a birra spud and sit was spectacular.
If you’re hungry and see their truck it’s worth the stop good quality/quantity for the price.

I recently placed an order, but it was incorrect. I ordered half chicken and half brisket, but only received brisket. This is my first time ordering from this establishment and it was for my wife. I didn't return to the counter because I assumed the chicken was prepared differently, but it's not included at all. Additionally, I paid for extra sour cream and barbecue sauce, which were not provided.

The Spud Truck happened to be in Sapulpa, OK. I've had loaded potatoes before, but this place is hands down the best. It happened to be the 1st time I've eaten their potatoes, and now I'm not sure how I can go back to eating anywhere else. Unfortunately, I'm only visiting the area. 😕

First and foremost, I forgot to take a picture of my delicious spud because I wanted to dive right in. I ordered the Brisket Spud but added Mac and Cheese and jalapeños. This place serves some serious spuds in an amazing style of their own. The brisket was tender and the mac and cheese was creamy and cheezy. They also have vegetarian options, so their menu is very diverse. I found them at Guthrie Green on Wednesday. So...if you ever see this truck, be sure to stop by and try their delicious food because it was definitely worth it.
