We picked up 3 cookies today and they are all not cooked enough, if at all. They are like piles of dough. I’m very disappointed as I’m unable to bring them back and I’ve had a good experience here previously.

I’ve tried almost all of the cookies here, and they are absolutely my favorite dessert in town. The cookies are served cold, soft and chewy, with plenty of icing. I think the salted caramel and the swizzle sugar are my favorite flavors.
I am begging them to bring back the April carrot cake cookie. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

Cookies are great! Crumble has nothing on TS. The drinks, well...don't get the Mimi Water. It was terrible. Had a taste of artificial sweetener.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!Sign says fresh cookies mine were still half frozen and cold! I will not be returning anytime soon. What a disappointment especially for over $3 a cookie! Called to see why they would advertise fresh cookies when they are half frozen and was told that's how they sell their cookies. So unless you want frozen cookies for over $3 bucks a piece, I do NOT recommend!

Zack the manager was absolutely amazing! We came in with a big company order last minute. We walked in and he politely took our order and even gave us 12 free cookies. His customer service was exceptional, his communication was superb, and his ability to multitask was admirable. I’m so glad we did not go to the other establishment and went to twisted sugar! Thank you Zack!
I love this place! The Banana cookie is insanely good. I wish they had a flavor of the week to add some variety.

I ordered a 44 oz drink with a sprite base and made the mistake of getting all the way back to my office before trying it. When I did it tasted terrible like the machine had no syrup maybe just the carbonation? When I called and complained that you might want to check your sprite because mine was undrinkable there was no attempt to make it right just an “I’m Sorry”.
