I’ve tried almost all of the cookies here, and they are absolutely my favorite dessert in town. The cookies are served cold, soft and chewy, with plenty of icing. I think the salted caramel and the swizzle sugar are my favorite flavors.
I am begging them to bring back the April carrot cake cookie. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

Zack the manager was absolutely amazing! We came in with a big company order last minute. We walked in and he politely took our order and even gave us 12 free cookies. His customer service was exceptional, his communication was superb, and his ability to multitask was admirable. I’m so glad we did not go to the other establishment and went to twisted sugar! Thank you Zack!
