This is definitely one of our grandsons favorite places to go. This visit was a mess. While the order was hot and good, there was much left off that we had to ask for. Not at all like the service of past visits.

If you've never been to a waffle house then you have a new experience ahead of you otherwise it's just a basic Waffle House and the food's pretty good but I got a burger instead of breakfast which was a mistake

4/25/25 It's been 20+ since I've been to any of the waffle house restaurants due to a bad experience. But today was definitely a great experience that will bring me back.
As soon as we walked in, all the employees greeted us with a big smile.
The restaurant was super clean, the food was cooked to order, and the service was fast and amazing.
Huge portions for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be back after this awesome experience. 🍞🍽️👍

Waffle House is an experience with a following that borders on fanatical - like fans of the Grateful Dead!
It’s a chain. Same restaurants in any city/state. Reliable and always good!
You get a ton of food at a very decent price.
I get the “all star” breakfast that comes with eggs, toast, grits or hash browns, a meat choice and a waffle. I normally get the waffle w pecans and. Chocolate chips.
These waffles are not thick Belgian style waffles. They are more thin - like traditional waffles - slightly thicker than pancakes.
Others in our party had the hash brown bowl and the egg sandwich. All were great.
You walk out of Waffle House feeling very FULL. And there are so many plates on your table, there is barely room to move!
Service is always friendly with people pouring you coffee and having a quick chat.
The atmosphere is that of an old diner or truck stop.
If you’re alone, sit at the counter and chat with the staff or your seat neighbor.
It’s a fun place. Just go. Take the kids. They will love it.

Dirty and everyone one there was so rude. We didn't even stay to eat.
The staff was being rude with each other. They seemed upset we even came in to eat.
The new server nessa was amazing. She is new and is doing such a great job. I will definitely be back.

Walked in around 11PM with my girlfriend. We had this waitress that took our orders down, and everything seemed fine at first with her giving us our teas, but whenever me and my gf ordered, our waitress wanted to change our meal for some reason? I only ordered what I usually get, which is a waffle with peanut butter on, and a side of hash browns. And my gf got a hamburger with hashbrowns & sausage. What our waitress wanted to do was change my gfs sausages to eggs because she didn’t want us to spend to much, which I thought was weird? But anyway, we got our order, and everything seemed right, but the waitress kept asking me 3 TIMES if the sausage was mine. I tried to keep telling her that it wasn’t. But to be fair, it was busy that day, but I wouldn’t say to busy, and the woman looked like she was in her 60’s. But after what just happened, we got our food, and then we ate. Then after we got done eating, my girlfriend asked for a takeout cup of pickles, and the waitress gave her the pickles, but since there wasn’t enough, she asked for more. But while she was getting the pickles, she told another worker that my girlfriend was pregnant?? Just saying now, we are both 15, so this is heavily confusing & shocking. So the worker asked my girlfriend “how many weeks?” Then we were just confused & shocked as I said, but then afterward, our waitress made a excuse saying that the reason why I was shocked is because that I didn’t know that she was pregnant?? I don’t even know what happened, and I was pretty mad, but since I was nice, I only gave her a 1 dollar tip, and left. Never coming here ever again.
