Restroom definitely needs attention. Why do people who come to eat have to go through experience with the BAD SMELL 👃 and dirt in the restroom?

Ordered at drive thru for 2 breakfast sandwiches. First one English muffin -clearly stated as - no sausage, just egg and cheese. The other ordered as #2 sandwich only. So how is it that neither sandwich had cheese??? Eggs were very good but we won't be going there again. The lady at the window was apparently not awake or else just not friendly.

Always check in your bag cause I ask for some sauce on the side cause they hardly put any on the sandwich so I like some on my sandwich and fries and I had a long few nights at work finally off and they didn’t put no sauce of any kind and I had to hurry back back home cause my family needs to they was disappointed and I was it really grew my anger strong for Wendy’s and everything else I was going through

This has to be the worse place I’ve experienced in Broken Arrow this far do yourself a favor and eat at the other one a mile away at stone ridge. This staff has got to be a collection of people who have been rejected from all the other places and the hiring manager and training manager need to be terminated. Customers are ignored upon arrival I witnessed several walk out , the front end is neglected no one greets customers, while the front end person is MIA the cooks and lady who just kept sweeping failed to acknowledge any customers they look down in avoidance and have very poor depressing attitudes. Maybe they can’t speak English? But surely the training manager can teach them to smile and say hello, and one minute and be taught to go fetch the missing front end employees. Obviously the hiring manager and training manager need to be replaced.

In the drive thru,I had coupons for several items. Which would've been great, but.. I ordered: two- double combo meals small for 5.99 each, and a buy I get 1 single, and a large fries, with sprite and dr.pepper. when I was paying, I realized that they thought I wanted all single burgers, and I had to sit and wait for what I thought was time to remake the sandwiches, I looked in the bag, counted the burgers . 4. Ok. Had to remind them that I had any drinks, and waited for them, too. After my 10 mile drive home, I found that I made it home with 4 single hamburgers, and they were not appetizing at all. The fries were limp. I'm very disappointed. This experience also ended with no receipt offered or given, but I was there at 7:00pm on Wed. Dec. 4, 2024. Location at 23rd and Kenosha. Broken Arrow, OK.

I guess I showed up too late the burger tasted disgusting and old had to throw it away the fries were cold and stale the drink was the only thing decent about it the guy at the window gave me a go to hell look I guess I should have seen it coming the rating is a dead giveaway wouldn’t recommend this establishment complete waste of money that I’ll never get back

Food wasn’t cold but definitely wasn’t hot. The chicken was very dry. The buns were kinda stale. Friendliness 0/10. In order a coke for the drink with no flavoring added and it tasted flat and definitely had lime flavoring in it, very gross. Super disappointed because I’m not near a Wendy’s so I don’t get to eat it very often and I usually like it.

Not only did you forget one thing but you forgot two things. Normally I don't make a big deal about forgetting one thing on an order but by the time I get home and you forgot two things after spending $25 on food. Total fail. Get your crap together or get out of the business.
