Ordered a pick up on Door Dash. Lobby was closed, so went thru the drive thru. There was a car in front of myself, and two more cars behind me. This car was there for a FEW, but, ok. I get to the window, he asked if it was a door dash. I said, 'Yes, I placed my order thru Door Dash.' He said I needed to sit there until I confirm pick-up of MY order. Um, huh? Never had to do that before. So I was going to be polite, since we had to wait for the 1st car, and pull up so the next cars food didn't end up like mine. I stated that my food was already getting cold, and the window server said 'That's ok.' Um, what?? So I'm I'm on my phone trying to do something that doesn't exist. Finally, the person next to him said something. He said 'Oh, was it a personal order?' Yeeees, I said 'I placed MY order thru DoorDash.' He said, oh, ok, you're good. Have a nice night, Ma'am. I get home to eat, burger & fries were cold & frosty half melted. No... it wasn't ok. ðŸ¤ðŸ˜‘😟

This Wendy's makes the best chili! I'm not even sure why it tastes much better than any other location I've tried throughout the country, but it does! They have fast and friendly service as well! Keep up the great work, team! 🙌

I was attended by him manager Ruben. I just wanted to thank him why he helped me a lot in deciding on good hamburgers. I asked him to decide for me and I liked the decision he made. The store and staff have changed a lot and you notice the improvements. It is a quiet place, not so long run by many people. If you want to eat in a quiet place and where there is a lot of peace, eat here!. Cheap and delicious!. 1:49 PM 15/01/2025. Have a good day and may God bless you!
Insanely bad…go to literally any other Wendy’s. Very expensive for terrible food and service. The fries tastes like they were left on a clothesline overnight during a winter storm. They completely forgot my nuggets in my 10pc meal. Would have been humorous if my order wasn’t $31. Big yikes!
