I was attended by him manager Ruben. I just wanted to thank him why he helped me a lot in deciding on good hamburgers. I asked him to decide for me and I liked the decision he made. The store and staff have changed a lot and you notice the improvements. It is a quiet place, not so long run by many people. Insanely bad…go to literally any other Wendy’s. Very expensive for terrible food and service. The fries tastes like they were left on a clothesline overnight during a winter storm. They completely forgot my nuggets in my 10pc meal. Would have been humorous if my order wasn’t $31. Big yikes!

Where is the mgr for 4200 Elm Pl? Plumbing issue w/dining soda machine. Water standing on floor. Wet Floor cone at side door instead of affected area. Several older patrons & younger children dining-clearly a safety issue. Young kids working doing the best they could HOWEVER workers should have been getting drink orders instead of customers maneuvering the wet floor. Employees didnt know how Halloween coupon books work-specifically was the free frosty coupon only if food purchased. Food was good & served quickly.
