Visited the drive thru at the 500 W Stone Wood Dr. location in broken Arrow on Jan 26th. I had ordered a Dave's Double with fries and a drink, Two baked potato's, and a couple of orders of nuggets. They gave me a single junior burger, my fries were completely cold, and the baked potato's looked like they had been cooked for 3 hrs. they were shriveled and gross. I reached out to customer care and I received the generic response that stated someone from the restaurant would be contacting soon, Two weeks later and I have heard nothing. The shame of it is I have always enjoyed Wendy's. They have always been way above in quality VS. Mac and BK. But not anymore. They shafted me and took my money. I will not be eating Wendy's any longer.

It's been a long time since I've done a Wendy's. The prices are up, and the frosties are smaller than they used to be, but everything was as good as I recalled. They staff was good and everything worked as it should without much weight.

The drive through is very painfully long. If you have an appointment, do not stop here because you will miss your appointment time. Also, my chili had a huge hunk of sausage in it which was fatty and disgusting. Their chili is supposed to be all beef so that's a hoax.
I usually don't go here because they got rid of the only thing I ate which was the grilled chicken sandwich.

The staff is unresponsive or they just act like they don't care. The freestyle machine was out of dr.pepper. I asked 2 people if they are completely out of dr pepper. They looked at me didn't respond and walked away. I figured they might be able to get it from the drive thru freestyle machine, but no just didn't respond.

Not sure how you can continuously screw up an order for a burger with ketchup, mustard and cheese only but they mange to find away almost EVERY TIME! Must be a bunch of tweekers, geezers, stoners with sorry term memory issues! Some people have dentures and can't always endure pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Also quit slopping the ketchup and mustard on there either, i DIDN'T ASK FOR EXTRA SMART A$$!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I believe in 2nd chances but if thru can't figure it out, find soothe line of work!

I want to like this place because the building is new and clean. When I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich at a Wendy's in Catoosa, the chicken was cooked fresh and you can see the oil dripping off it. It was delicious. But when I order here, I get disappointed every time. The wait time is excruciatingly long, the foods dry and french fries are always cold. We're all human, but please do better.

The lady rude and talked over me while I was trying to place my simple order. I had to say the same stuff over and over again because she would talk over me and not listen. The burger I got tasted so bad that I threw it away and the soda was watery. First and only time at this Wendy’s and safe to say I will not be returning. Wish I would have checked the reviews for this place and not wasted my money and time.
