Drive thru order handed out by Daria... don't know if she was one on speaker... last week they offered a substitution on meal with a upcharge. This week thawed, said it isn't an option. And I couldn't even have them not give me the item we can't use .. that they couldn't ring it as a meal and leave the item out of the bag. They had to ring as separate items for more $ with less items. I said fine. Give me the item we can't use and I'll throw it away. Was told to wait. She was busy and was avoided at having to give me the meal price for a meal with no drink. It was a long and annoying dance to just leave a drink off a meal...

My son LOVED the Wednesdays Adam meal. The new frosty that they had with it was SUPERBLY DIVINE. My son gobbled it all up the moment that they handed out tray to us. Y’all could a thing or two to the other Wendy’s locations in this town.

Ordered a medium frosty in the drive thru (8:30pm). It was 3/4 of the way full. Asked the worker (older woman) about it as she handed it to me and she rudely said that’s how it’s supposed to be. It’s not, because I went through and got the same thing the night before and it was full to the top. She just didn’t want to be bothered.

Visited the drive thru at the 500 W Stone Wood Dr. location in broken Arrow on Jan 26th. I had ordered a Dave's Double with fries and a drink, Two baked potato's, and a couple of orders of nuggets. They gave me a single junior burger, my fries were completely cold, and the baked potato's looked like they had been cooked for 3 hrs. they were shriveled and gross. I reached out to customer care and I received the generic response that stated someone from the restaurant would be contacting soon, Two weeks later and I have heard nothing. The shame of it is I have always enjoyed Wendy's. They have always been way above in quality VS. Mac and BK. But not anymore. They shafted me and took my money. I will not be eating Wendy's any longer.

It's been a long time since I've done a Wendy's. The prices are up, and the frosties are smaller than they used to be, but everything was as good as I recalled. They staff was good and everything worked as it should without much weight.
