Customer service people acted like they didn’t know how to smile. The food could’ve been fresher a couple of times I was there but most times it’s usually a better experience when I go there.. So you can just take your chances on what days you go in there I guess.

The roast beef on the burgers wasn't cooked all the way and when it was brought to their attention they argued saying it was and refused to give refund.
This Arby's has been consistent for as long as I have known it. At least 25 years! The manager, Paula makes sure she hires hard workers and trains them well.
Food quality is never an issue here. Their food is always hot and fast.
If you want your food quick, don't bother with sonic or McDonald's, Arby's will beat them every time, even when ordering a made to order item like cheese sticks.
