The delivery driver was polite and quick. The store did not send half of our order, and when we tried to call we were answered by an AI. When transfered to the broken bow branch, we were on hold for more than 30 minutes. Would not recommend.

Nothing was delivered however customer service is awful. I was ignored when I was notified on the app the food was ready and went inside. Not acknowledged, not greeted. My son’s food literally fell into the floor from the belt, still nothing was said to me. I finally ask if it was mine,I had no time to wait for it to be remade. Spoke with the manager she returned my money and said they could remake it at first I declined but my sons food really likes the wing flavor they offer so I talk to her again and said if she was willing I did want it after all and I qualified for a free pizza she asked what time I would be by for it and when I went the 2nd time nothing was ready. Not did the employees see anything for me. Called was on the phone over 11 minutes finally I hung up because it seems to be pointless. Try Idabel

We ordered on a Friday night at 6 pm. The app showed it would take 30 mins for the food to be ready. Went to the location and they told me they were 1 1/2 hours behind because they were so busy. We waited on the food and it took exactly 1 1/2 hrs to get it. I could not believe it took that long. It seemed like there were only 2 people working so I kinda understand the wait now, but it ridiculous that it took that long.

I had a terrible experience with Domino's. We ordered delivery, but the driver called to say they don’t actually deliver to our area and insisted we drive 15 minutes to pick up our pizzas. When we arrived, the staff was rude, saying we were lucky to even get our food. To top it off, three of our pizzas were wrong. This is the ultimate example of poor service and a disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from here again!

Ordered pizza for a large group, staying in a cabin. Ordered delivery and suddenly driver called and said they don't deliver to our address. Caused us to have to drive to a "meeting point" 15 minutes away. Once we met driver he proceeded to give us attitude and basically said "well you're lucky to even get this pizza". If you didn't deliver that should have been stated on the phone and not even offered. On top of the fact that they were too lazy to deliver to our address and the attitude I highly recommended ordering from another establishment. Do better!
I tried to order on the phone. Got a computer that was lengthy between talk, was nonresponsive. 2 tries. Frustrated, ordered a large Supreme pizza from Pruetts, where teal people work. Domino's just lost a customer.

I used to order in the past before the casino opened up in our county when everybody out there was ordering if you ordered from an account you couldn't get without being old had to wait two or three hours now all the tourist get a casino and if you're in town in order you can get it within 15 to 20 minutes brought to me fresh nice and soft
