Worst service ever. Waited 45 mins to find out my order hadn't even been started. Was told it would be around 45 more minutes. Mind you this is only 2 medium pizzas. Not some huge order. Dont waste your time people.

I tried to order on the app and the app had issues processing my payment. The app told me to call the store so I did just for the phone to ring and ring. I stop by the store to see if my order went through or if I still needed to place the order just for the lady to tell me she has no clue about anything of the app. I said ok I’ll just order here since no one picked up the phone which by the way they just let the phone ring and ring and never pick it up! I seen that while I was waiting 30 minutes for my order.. then they made my order incorrectly but I took the order anyways since I been waiting for to long and my kids were hungry. Get home just to find the second pizza I ordered was RAW!!! Raw dough topped with so much grease and cut poorly….. when I told them about the issues with the app they discounted me which I appreciate and gave I gave a five dollar tip but just to find out they couldn’t even give me the right order and then it’s also raw…. Makes me miss Cesar’s

I ordered a extravaganza with no Italian sausage, add spinach... It had Italian sausage on it and no spinach....then I ordered a garden salad and ended up with a Cesar salad.... Paid for ranch and didn't get it 😤

The new cook with the long pony tail is great. He works his butt off but the sisters you have working there thats a total different story. Taking selfies and doing limited work while he trys to do it all is totally unacceptable. I would hope better out of an assistant manager and an associate.

This place is incapable of doing delivery. Paid $100 for some pizzas and not only did they deliver to the wrong house, but they also tried to blame us for their mess up before hanging up on us after calling them out for their mistake. I’d choose a frozen pizza before ever using this place or their business EVER again.

I’m writing to share our recent experience at Domino’s Pizza in Broken Bow. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service encounters we’ve ever had.
During our visit, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They raised their voices, used profanity in front of our children, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue calmly. Instead of trying to de-escalate, they escalated the situation to the point of calling four police officers on us over a dispute that could have been handled with a simple conversation.
It was shocking to see employees behave so aggressively and disrespectfully, especially in a family environment where children were present. Regardless of who was working, no customer should be treated this way—cursing, yelling, and involving law enforcement unnecessarily.
I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects basic courtesy or professionalism. Management seriously needs to train their staff on customer service, conflict resolution, and appropriate conduct.

They've been cut down to only having two employees there at a time now they're extremely rude and hateful if you go to pick up our order whether you're a customer or Dasher since they quit doing delivery they are not making half the money they used to the company thinks it's not worth it to have more than two people there a time so they're taking it out on customers
Placed an order of 2 16 PC wings. The order was messed up: one 16 piece wing was right, the other was not what I was expecting. The wings were not sauced enough as if was very little was used. I asked for both wings and drummettes and only got two little drums and the rest wings, when I expected half and half.
