2nd trip to Broken Bow and 2nd attempt to eat here. Both times arrive and not open even though hours say they should be.
We were planning to eat at Quartz Mountain Foggy Bottom Kitchen only to find out that the state of Oklahoma pulled the contract for Foggy Bottom Kitchen over the past weekend (at all Oklahoma State Parks)
We would always eat there each time we visited Beavers Bend, and most of the food was pretty decent. However, they are being shut down due to fraud at the taxpayers' expense. I tried to post a link to an article confirming this, but Trip Advisor does not allow this. Just do a Google search for "Oklahoma Tourism Foggy Bottom" and you will see links at the top of the list.
Food was really good! We had the Chicken and waffles and Chocolate chip pancakes! Food was hot and tasted Awesome! We sat outside to watch the rain!
This place is a bit of a hidden gem in Broken Bow. Great food and great surroundings right next to the river. If you can, ask for Alyssa H. as your server. She was incredible.
Veronica is amazing! First time coming here and everything was amazing. She was so sweet and had so many recommendations for us. Very knowledgeable about the menu. Would absolutely recommend trying it if you’re in the area!
Oh my, the food here is so good, but the service is AMAZING! Our waitress Haley brought us free apple fritter bites upon getting to our table (which are delicious by the way). We had the fried zucchini appetizer with ranch & honey mustard and the manager came by and made sure we liked them and told us to try it dipped in both sauces for a unique flavor profile. Then we each got the Winchester burger and it was so yummy. Huge portions. A cozy, homey, good-vibe restaurant with a beautiful view of the river.
The food was great!! The service was amazing!!! Dalton did an outstanding job with our group of 6. He also had a bigger group and several smaller ones. Even some out on patio. And no one was in need of anything. We will definitely come again if ever back in the area.
WOW Best food in Broken Bow Best atmosphere Best staff Alyssa was amazing taking care of our table, attending to our questions, need for menu suggestions & recommendations based on our lijes & flavor requests. Squatch sausage balls were wonderful & tasty. Great start. The burger with pabolano pepper was OutStanding & Fresh & off the hook delicious. The chicken & waffles is not your traditional flour with syrup & fried chick. It’s amazing with a taste & flair you wont forget. Oh & the complimentary apple fritter roll in beign style will make you want to take an order home - Delicious- oh yeah. Oh & the Tea action taste like TEA & not tea infused water. Great job to this staff & leadership. Skip the stuff on the main road & Check Out this hidden gym @ the Beaver state park. You will NOT be disappointed!
Fantastic food, view, and service. Highly recommend, especially the chicken and waffles and the chicken fried steak. Corn and apple fritters were so good.

When you visit broken bow; Beavers Bend; this is one a 3 best places to eat! The view is beautiful, they’re pet friendly!! Visited Oct 2020
My husband and I had lunch here. We had a table by the window overlooking the river. I had the Blackened Salmon and my husband had the Sirloin. Both were excellent! The complementary apple fritters are delicious! Staff are very friendly! There is a small gift shop. We highly recommend Foggy Bottom Kitchen!
The food was awesome and our waitress was sooo sweet! Great service all the way around!
Food and service were excellent. Wife had the sirloin and it was very tender and a great taste. I had the Hobo dinner and it was excellent as well. Not too spicy or salty. For appetizers enjoyed the squatch balls were the bomb to get things started. Christian music and scenery were a pleasant surprise. 5 stars for food and service.
We visited with a party of 10 and from the beginning felt like we walked into our Grandmother’s house. The hospitality was great, food was amazing and overall vibe was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
