My family loves visiting when we come to Hochatown. This time Raina was our waitress and she was so nice and funny! My husband’s nachos were incredible and my son loved his macaroni and cheese. Can’t wait to come back next time!

Walked in to bowl, and it’s $39 to walk in for a lane… but you have to wait in the building and not leave until your slot. $39 we could wait 2.5 hours (not even crowded there) and blow $100 in arcade… or you can pay $75 to make an online reservation. The service people were rude. Many games broken. Simply would not recommend to anyone from out of town. While I understand they want to keep their lanes full, their attitude about it was enough to have us leave and go do another attraction down the road.

Showed up on a Thursday around 11:30. Our group included 6 adults, 2 young kids and 2 babies. Literally no other customers besides us in the entire establishment. No one bowling, no one in the arcade, no one dining. Just staff milling around waiting for someone to show up. We asked to bowl. The lady working the bowling counter asked how many. We had 7 people interested in bowling. She said that would mean we needed 2 lanes. 6 was the max per lane. We said that one lane would be fine and we’d just rotate out. She said that only 6 of us could bowl and if a seventh person was seen bowling (even if we took turns) that she’d have to charge us for another lane. We thought that was silly but one of the adults who was planning to bowl volunteered to sit out altogether (depriving the alley of an extra $5 shoe rental fee they would have had). We didn’t make a fuss about it. Before we headed over to the lane she pointed out that each lane had a couch and that we needed to stay on our couch. Lanes 1 and 2 each had couches facing each other separated by a table. Same setup for lanes 3-4 and 5-6. When I asked if we could sit on the lane 2 couch so long as no one else was using that lane we were told no…because they’d have to desensitize two couches. Considering that no one else was there at all we found that to be wildly ridiculous. We rented our single lane and 6 shoes for an hour and took special care not to touch the other empty couch right next to us even though no one else was on lanes 2-6 for 45 min. One other couple arrived as we were wrapping up and were assigned to lane 3. The bowling itself was fine but after the way the experience started we had no desire to eat there or explore the arcade. Simply put, going out of the way to make sure we didn’t touch another couch in an empty building was enough to sour the experience and take a 4-5 star bowling experience down to 3.

Update: What a difference one day makes.....Apparently if Rayna is not there, the service goes to pot. We returned today based off the great service yesterday. I'm reluctant to recommend this place after the poor service today, even with a plethora of employees standing around the bar. Such a shame for Rayna to exceed our expectations yesterday for the staff today to destroy our image of this place in an hour.
Original: Rayna was awesome. She was extremely attentive. Not out of obligation but but because she truly seems like she wasn't too take care of her patrons. Both the food and drink were outstanding. It was a great place to watch the games on Sunday with most tourists leaving town. Several other staff members came to check on us as well. Great experience for sure.

We came to visit for Thanksgiving get away and brought the kids. Adults had as much fun as the kids. Staff was amazing every last one we encountered was so polite and helpful Bartender was super funny great personality. We were explained everything about the wait time for a lane which wasn't a big deal there is plenty to do while you wait. Food was delicious trash can nachos and wings are a must. They even have karaoke at night. We didn't get a chance to go back that night but next time we visit we are definitely gonna catch karaoke night. 5 🌟

The bowling was fun, something to do. The food was ok ordered cheese sticks and fries they were warmed not hot. The drinks were good, got a Pina colada and painkiller. The staff were very friendly
I sit here friday evening 4 hours trying to bowl. No luck. I guess you gotta make a reservation to actually bowl here.There was no openings.I sit there all evening.

First time I've had the misfortune of coming here. Place was packed so my friends and I assumed we'd be in for a great time. Sadly the first stop on our bachelor party tour was here though and we got abysmal service due to an apparent staffing issue, likely brought on by cheap/Toxic management.
Food was not only slow, but incorrect. Corrections were not made despite repeated requests. One member of our party was given his alcoholic beverage but shorted a water?
Food quality was also pretty crap too with cheap flavorless meat.
If your intention is to eat, go elsewhere and save your money for something more worthwhile. Like McDonald's, at least they understand value.

Good place to take young kiddos, they have an arcade with some cool games. There is also bowling but it's maybe 4 or 5 lanes only as it is a small town. Full bar and I can't speak for the food since we didn't order.
