We had them catered to our cabin for our annual family vacation with our work team and their families. The food was so good and service and communication was absolutely fantastic! We will be using them again in the future!
It's a food truck. Food and service is great. I feel bad for the staff. There's no A/C or vent hood. But they are always friendly despite the work conditions. The owner should step it up . The food is always great!

We are from AZ here for a wedding and the reviews were good photos looked great. The food was tasteless. My husband got the steak and shrimp, I got the steak. It was so flavorless. Very disappointing spent $50 and it was not what was expected . Egg rolls were gross as well. I had to add so much soy sauce to have some what of flavor. And the teriyaki sauce i bought on the side is like jelly. I do NOT recommend this place, I am sorry. Over priced and flavorless or just gross.

I don't mind food trucks at all but the spot chosen was pretty rank... It could have been the time of day where it smell pretty bad. I got the steak and shrimp yakisoba. Steak was ok a bit chewy but the shrimp was good.

The food here is SO good!! Its not expensive and you get a lot of food!! I wish I would have came sooner. Each dish is not seasoned the same. Honestly the noodle and vegetables were the best seasoned! Steak and chicken teriyaki was good. I usually dont like teriyaki. Definitely go eat there! Its a food truck so gave a 3 on atmosphere. Lol. 💯 good food!

Tried out Hachi Hachi today and it was a total win. As I pulled up, a couple of cars were already parked, and I could see folks waiting on their orders, which is always a good sign. I walked up to the counter and was immediately greeted with friendly smiles—the team was super helpful in walking me through the menu and answering questions before taking my order with ease. I appreciated that they offered tap-to-pay, which made the transaction fast and convenient.
After ordering, I headed back to my car, and within a surprisingly short time, they brought my food right to me—such a nice touch, especially for a food truck. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The egg rolls were definitely my favorite—crispy and packed with goodness. The overall taste was delicious and satisfying, though I found the food to be a little on the oily side—but not in a way that took away from the quality.
What I really love about Hachi Hachi is that it offers something different from the usual burger-and-fries routine. It’s a great option to have in the area when you’re craving something flavorful and filling. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the mood for something bold and tasty!
