I visited the Texarkana location this time last year and absolutely loved the coffee, probably the best pumpkin spice latte I’ve ever had. I was so excited about the location in Broken Bow but was quickly disappointed with the quality of coffee. $8 for a milky 16 oz latte that was made on an automatic machine, the barista pushed a button and the espresso was extracted automatically as well as the steamed milk. I sadly can’t say that I’ll be back the next time we’re in town.

With natural light and a modern vibe, Local Habit offers a chic atmosphere perfect for relaxing or working. The coffee is top-notch, though a bit pricey. Despite its name, this place feels more like a luxurious retreat than a local hangout.

This coffee shop is so cute! Sadly the coffee was so disappointing, my sister got a snickers and I got cookies and cream and they tasted exactly the same, like watered down milk. When we were ordering I overheard a gentleman ask for more flavor in his, so I know it was not just us. And it was not cheap, I threw mine away it.

I fear I am addicted to the blueberry cobbler latte! One of the best iced coffees I’ve gotten out. I think it’s always a really nice touch when you can SEE that a place makes their syrups in house. Very delicious, worth the stop. While it is on the pricier side, it is sooo worth it and I think it’s standard pricing for what most coffee places charge these days.

This coffee shop is such a gem! The ambience strikes the perfect balance between modern and rustic—warm wood accents, cozy seating, and just the right amount of natural light. The coffee is excellent, rich in flavor and clearly crafted with care. Whether you’re looking to get some work done, catch up with a friend, or just enjoy a quiet moment, the vibes here make it the perfect spot. Definitely one of my new go-to places when we visit the area again.

Tourist driving through, stopped for a quick energy boost. I was pleasantly surprised by top notch coffee! Not your gas station coffee. Knowledgeable baristas who know how to make quality coffee! Highly recommend stopping by this cute local shop.

We are a caribbean family and are used to superb coffee and usually end up disappointed when we have coffee while vacationing but Local Habit has been the exception!!! EXCELLENT coffee! And we are not “coffee drink” people. We usually have a “cortado” with no sugar and we can tell their coffee is truly amazing and of exceptional quality!!

Seriously excellent coffee in the most unlikely of towns to find good coffee. I was very impressed by the pour over. Our group enjoyed the espresso and macha selections. I would like to see some better food options but other than that this was a lovely caffeinated oasis.

This is a pretty good coffee shop at the Hochabow shopping complex along US 259 in between Hochatown and Broken Bow. They are located in the interior courtyard area of Hochabow next to the Loblolly Chocolates shop. Opening hours are 7am to 4pm (Sat & Sun), 7.30am to 6pm (weekdays), closed on Tuesdays.
The interior is modern and nice, nice selection of proper coffees and non-coffee drinks, they have a few light bites as well. I stopped here during a recent stay in Hochatown and was served a good espresso macchiato with just the right amount of milk to cut the edge as well as a a bit of foam to add texture to the drink. This was a pretty good macchiato, one I'd be happy to have again next time in Hochatown.

COFFEE WAS AMAZING! Baristas were kind :)
Musty/mold smell hit you in the face the moment you walk in, service was slow had to sit and wait for drink had a headache had to wait outside. They need to address the issues causing the smell/moisture issues. Also expensive I paid $16 for single shot Cortado and a bubble water.
