Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to didn’t even get close to what I ordered, they didn’t even tell me they where out of ingredients until I went to get it remade i asked them to fix it and they just gave me my old food back so now it’s cold and one sandwich is still wrong what a joke of a place

The lady named Brenda told us to “move out of the damn way” after we opened the door for her. She then continued to yell at everyone and stir things up with the rest of the customers. If she’s not fired soon she should be. Everyone in the building was mad and talking about her. Will not be returning until she is no longer there.

I don't normally rate fast food places, but I have to make an exception here. The employees are friendly for the most part, but that doesn't excuse serving expired or bad(orange juice) products to your customers. Or, even continually serving the wrong product(sweet vs unsweet tea) and arguing with the customer.

No play place, smelled icky inside, no milkshakes so ordered diet coke, one dispenser out of order, the other pumped out water. Took my cups back to the counter and asked to be filled by the drive thru. Took forever. Took our food to go as it smelled so bad in there. For the money I could've gone to a real restaurant, but was mostly looking for a place for the kid to play. VERY disappointed. Broken Bow is exactly that.
The employee running around like absolute gremlins making loud a whole personally two a red head and a dude basically on each other she constantly screaming and fake laughing to seem cute. Her constant squeeing and lack of read the room is annoying drinks all out of order. Nothing in lobby nor behind counter. Please hire adults over the screaming gremlins.

This mcdonalds was awful! The workers had a horrible attitude. The drink machine was out of almost every drink, all the drinks had no carbination, the only thing left was the tea, the sweet tea was not sweet at all. When our food came we asked for sauce and they seemed to be out of every sauce. Our fries tasted stale and had no salt! We wanted to sit down and eat but ended up leaving bc of how bad everything was!
