One star today and I'm comparing McDonald's to McDonald's. I ordered on the app (might as well get points towards free coffee) and kept an eye on the counter for my order to appear. In the end, I was asked if I had a mobile order and it was pulled from the warmer for me. This guy and other crew were friendly.So few pluses:The dining room was clean and clear.My order was correct though the sandwich was not hot. The cheese was barely melted and the muffins were underdone.Condiments station was clean.So many minuses:Front door was locked at 6:45 am though the side door was open.Men's room needed some attention.Not a single power outlet at any table in the restaurant.No wifi.Ketchup dispenser was out.Coffee did not taste right. Burned? Off?I don't expect perfection from McDonald's but there are a few base things that should be consistent across the chain.Vegetarian options: Not much for vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is very clear about ingredients and allergens.Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van.Kid-friendliness: Happy meal!Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access though no powered doors.

I visited here last week, and I may have discovered the nastiest and most poorly managed fast food establishment in America right here in Broken Bow, OK. In a contest, I’d definitely expect this place to be a finalist if not the champion.I couldn’t walk anywhere in the restaurant without sticking to the floor, at least half the crowd there are transient, homeless types with such bad body odor I couldn’t even smell the food, their wifi is down, the drink station was the dirtiest one I can remember ever seeing, and I was told there’s no manager there to address my concerns. Such a pity rating stats can’t be in the negative, but IF SOMEONE EVER TRIES TO TAKE YOU HERE, MY ADVICE WOULD BE RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!!

We went to use the restroom and the toilet paper was on the floor . we decided to order it took like 20 minutes to make our stuff they took long we could see and here them watching the football game and there was a full staff it shouldn't have taken that long for something simple. and the guy asked us to go or for there which was confusing it was just sundaes. We also didn't get spoons and when we asked they said they didn't have any at all .

The girl working the window was so nice and my food was hot fresh my order was perfect I eat here at least once a week but I have never came in on a Sunday but this was the best experience I’ve ever gotten I just want management to know your Sunday crew is

DO NOT USE THR 2ND DRIVE THRU!I swear everytime I try to order using the 2nd speaker NOBODY takes my order, I wait and wait and today nobody was even at the 1st one...All the cars that went through the 1st one had their orders taken pretty fast. I waited so long that absolutely nobody was even there, was just me at the 2nd speaker.Nobody took my order, went to 1st window to make the girl take it....What's the point in having a 2nd speaker if they won't take people's orders at it?Parking: Parking is pretty tight you may not be able to leave.... don't park on the side with the doors you will get blocked in by people going through the drive thru

Bow road mc donalds waited over an hour order didn't arrive so decided to walk to the restaurant showed them my receipt the managers all started speaking bengali to eachother and the security guard so I couldn't understand. I showed them my order number which they had on the system and my bank account with the deducted amount. The male manager ignored me and became rude telling me I'm just upset I didn't get my food. Then the security also Asian said he CONVINCED him to give me my order and I should drop the argument. As I was leaving the manager came out from behind the till and told me "I'm happy " which I thought was a dig at my experience as I lost my time going to the store at a late hour.

Stopped on my way out of broken bow for some food. Two cars in front of me in the drive thru. Pull ahead once it is my turn and am greeted with ‘we can’t take any more orders’. I was taken aback and asked for clarification and was told ‘We are closing we can’t take anymore orders’. Still taken aback by the lack of courtesy and professionalism i left. Mind you I was car number 4 and the 3 ahead of me were allowed to order. Also were 2 cars behind me who were allowed to order. I decided to call and complain about no signage or notification them closing early. Thomas answered the phone and when asked he stated ‘yeah we like had an emergency in the store’ and all I can hear in the background is laughter from other employees. I have never been so angry with an establishment. I will NEVER stop here or give my business to this place again.

Awful experience. Took forever to order, and they were only taking to-go orders. The employees had no hustle: they'd take the orders, then stand there and joke around or screw off with each other. The food was wrong, took 3 attempts to get if fixed, and each time it came out incorrectly, it was cold. Customers were coming in and swarming the counter because all of their drive-thru orders were wrong or missing something. The restaurant smelled like raw sewage--the kid working the counter pointed to an open closet next to the bathroom and said "yeah, it always smells like that in there, don't know why they said to leave it open." Avoid this location!
