My family and I stopped in to dine here today. Our food was totally inedible, we left 4 full plates of food and we were still charged for them. I wouldn’t recommend. My food came out wrong, the tacos were so soggy they literally fell apart. I pointed all of this out to the manager and they still tried to charge us the full 70 for the food. I wouldn’t recommend.

We stopped in Broken Bow to eat here at Mi Ranchita and let's say if you ar smart you will carry on and not stop. We ordered cheese dip which wasn't good, the salsa wasn't good either. We waited quiet some time for our main meal we had enchiladas, tamales, nachos, and tacos. This was on different plates but this had to be the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted in my life. Part of the order was taken wrong as well. We told our server it was awful she went away we assumed to talk to a manager but after getting sick of waiting we asked her for our ticket which was 68 bucks and some change. My daughter took the ticket to the front and said we refuse to pay 68 dollars for food we couldn't even eat so after the lady kept asking questions she dropped the ticket down to 35 which was still a joke as it was still nit edible. The tacos were soupy soggy and tasted bad, the enchiladas were awful tasting as well as the tamales. My granddaughter wouldnt even eat her nachos they were so bad. It's pretty bad when you can mess up nachos. Just save yourself the self the headache and go to one of the fast food places in town. Honestly they dont even deserve 1 star.

We’ve came here just about every year and haven’t had a single bad experience with the service or food,I get the “classic burrito” with cheese sauce and it never disappoints ($12.79)

Took forever to get our food and my wife’s order was wrong. She ordered beef taco & cheese enchilada but got two chicken enchiladas. I ordered fajitas - they were hot all the rest of the food was like warm. Never offered drink refills. Very disappointed!

Prices were very affordable but that’s where my good review ends… the service was very slow even though there was max 5 tables seated. I had finished my entire meal before I had gotten a refill, queso came out lukewarm with no flavor and at the end I asked for a to-go box and never received it. Finally just decided pay and leave. Would not recommend.

Stopped in here by chance and so glad we did. The salsa has a great flavor. None of that jar stuff here. The chips are perfect. We had carne asada and tacos. Best carne asada we've ever had. Tacos were also great. Not greasy like most places you go to. Their rice was super fluffy. Great and efficient service.
