The salad had little green in it. The grilled chicken was good, but the green beans were over cooked. The bread roll was burnt. The water tasted horrible. The chocolate cake was gummy.

Went Wed night with table of 8. Enjoyed fried mushrooms, fried pickles, fried chicken livers, & calamari appetizers. Some entrees came with a salad, and others came with a trip to the salad bar. Fresh rolls were delivered to the table - delicious. We ordered sirloin steaks, chicken fried steak, prime rib sandwich, & grilled chicken. Sides were fried okra, sweet potato fries, mashed potatoes & baked potato. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed beer, wine & slice of cake for dessert. Thank you for a nice evening.

My wife and I went and we love this place and the people. The food was old school southern home style. The "dinner salad" was in a bowl the size of a plate. Service was great and the people were as well. We wound up having a conversation with a grandmother sitting next to us for the entire meal. He granddaughter was our waitress and both were great.
I got the 5 piece catfish with coleslaw that was yummy and pickled tomatoes and had french fries for a side. The included beans in the dinner that were delicious. My hubby had a 14 oz. steak medium rare with a house salad(from their salad bar) and baked potato. We took home plenty of leftovers.

New York strip was pretty good. Needed a little more seasoning to be perfect. Loaded baked potato was great. My wife's char grilled samon was great along with the seasoned vegetables. Typical salad bar but i believe the dressings are homemade. Was very busy almost overwhelming our waitress but she hustled and smiled the entire time. $65.00 with tip. Was worth it.
