There are two yellow colored ice creams in the case, I told the girl at the register which one I chose & when I went to pick it up it was the wrong one(it was a single dip cone). The girl with the dark hair, took it and slammed open the ice cream case & then dumped it back into the bucket, then scooped out the one that I wanted & basically tossed it at me. WHAT AN ATTITUDE OVER A WRONG ICE CREAM CONE! I asked for the owner/ manager & was told there wasn't one. Ok fine. I will never give you my business again and I will tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. No apology etc. Just a pissy attitude. Save your money & go where they don't slam things around & toss your order when they get the order incorrect. The names were even pretty close. All she had to do was apologize and correct the ice cream, without the attitude. 1 Star

Blue bell ice cream was good. Place was crowded but overall OK.

They need to work on the interior. Don’t use the lobby of storage. It definitely distracts from the cuteness factor.

Just came to try out Okie Girls Coffee for the first time to check it off my list and got disappointed. Coffee was great, but customer service was awful. I didn’t get greeted, which I don’t really care for. While ordering I asked for toppings and I got looked at like I was stupid. My order was ready and I said “thank you.” The response was very rude and she seemed annoyed.

One of the Most Disappointing Ice Cream Experiences We’ve Ever Had My family and our friends’ family stopped at this ice cream shop after a long day of hiking, hoping for a sweet treat. Instead, we left frustrated and feeling completely deceived. When ordering, I asked the cashier how many scoops came with the waffle cone (listed at $3.00) and the dipped cone (listed at $2.50). She clearly told me the waffle cone included four scoops. So imagine my shock when my total for just two cones—a waffle and a dipped—came to $17.00 ($9.00 and $8.00 respectively). When I questioned the total, the cashier—rather than showing any concern—snapped back that the listed prices were for empty cones only, and that ice cream cost an extra $2.00 per scoop. This crucial information was nowhere on the menu board, nor mentioned when I asked directly. That’s deceptive, plain and simple. Instead of apologizing , she hid behind “policy” and blamed the manager saying he told them they couldn't change the pricing on the board. To which, I replied, I can understand if that is the only problem, but I had specifically asked what came with the cone and she said 4 scoops. Both employees acted as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers who had just been misled. And even worse—the math still didn’t add up. My waffle cone with two scoops should have been $7.00, not $9.00. My son’s dipped cone with two scoops should have been $6.50, not $8.00. Between the misleading pricing, poor communication, and rude customer service, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. BE WARNED: The prices posted on the menu are not the prices you’ll pay. What looks like a small-town ice cream shop is actually a lesson in how to lose customers through deception and disrespect. We will not be returning.

I was just in there today and the lady who makes the coffee is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. My order was messed up and I kindly told her it was supposed to be hot and not iced… she got the iced drink and chunked it in the trash and with attitude she fixed my hot drink.. slammed it on the counter with no words spoken. There are plenty other Coffee Shops in the area and I will not be returning. Coffee is good but not worth it due to the service.

During our recent visit to Broken Bow, we stopped at Okie Girls and got a milkshake and coffee. Both were amazing. The three girls working- Aly, Madison and Laura- did such an a great job. Our shakes were perfectly done and the coffee drinks were better than any Starbucks we’ve ever had. Well done Okie Girls! Hope to see you again. I highly recommend the place.

Ice cream was good, blue bell, so nothing to complain about. Staff was nice enough. Taking a star because the floors were dirty. There were dirty tables, multiple tables. If they were busy, okay I can understand, HOWEVER, there were three employees and an older woman I assume was the owner, and they were just standing behind the register area. When I see things like that it makes me concerned how the back kitchen area looks.
