This place is such a vibe! We got ice cream & it was amazing. A little pricier but it's to be expected in high traffic vacation area. The brownie sundae was so amazing! Warm & delicious!

This has got to be the absolutely worst coffee I have ever experienced in my life. I wouldn’t even call it coffee. I would call it something akin to water with some sort of flavor I could not even describe.
We took one sip and threw it in the trash and didn’t even bother asking for a remake, that’s how bad it was. Money badly spent.
Highly recommend never go there if you want good quality coffee

Ice cream and coffee was good. The service was horrible. Whoever was on the schedule around 3pm 6/13/26 needs to be retrained on customer service. They were on their phone when we walked up to the counter and she stayed on her phone for a minute or two and then looked up at me like I was an inconvenience. I tried to politely engage in conversation to shift the mood and she maintain her silent scowl. The rest of the employees matched the attitude. Not sure what was going on but as a former food service manager I was shocked at the lack of engagement from those ladies.

The ice cream and coffee was great. The service was terrible. Every girl behind the counter was on her phone or had a scowl on her face. We won't be back.

We went into the ice cream shop at 8:53 p.m. and spent a couple of minutes looking at the flavors. When we got in line, an employee told us they were no longer serving customers and that “the line stops here.” She explained that they needed time to finish serving the people already in line and to clean up. At that point, there were only two people ahead of us.

I looked at my watch and told her there were still five minutes until closing. She simply repeated that they could not serve us. After I had already told my 4-year-old son he was getting ice cream, he started crying because we were turned away.

This was extremely disappointing and some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. If the shop was no longer serving customers before the posted closing time, the doors should have been locked or a sign should have been posted. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I will be sharing this experience with my family and friends.

Very busy in this place! One cup of cinnamon and ooey gooey cake and the other was southern blackberry cobbler and blue monster. First cup was so good. Second cup was alright.

Usually one of our favorite places to stop with the kids. The staff we have had in the past always went above and beyond to make everyone feel like family not just tourist. Today was not great. The 4 girls working seemed as like we were inconveniencing them by being there. As we drove off with our deserts one of our sons found hairs in his milkshake. Next time we visit we hope for a better experience.
