Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream

The customer service is just off in there. Not one worker was smiling (I’m truly not exaggerating) or friendly.

I cannot believe how rude the staff is now. We have come here multiple times per year for 6 years and have not encountered these people working here. They must be under new ownership. Girls just staring at you from behind the counter, frowning at you, won’t even answer questions about their own products. Literally just ignored us to our face. Those three employees, women, need to be fired asap. And if you happen to be the new owners, i hope you find your smile one day. I will not be back. For ice cream, go to Hey Sugar. Not Blue Bell that you can buy at Walmart.

I truly love the ice cream here, but every time I have gone in they have been extremely rude and act as if I’m inconveniencing them. I actually went to a competitor this time, and the customer service was exceptional! Once I went to review the competitor I noticed the owner of Okie Girls went and gave not only their competitor a terrible review after harassing them in person he gives terrible reviews to a lot of local businesses in broken bow with no positive feedback as if he wants to hurt their businesses and benefit his. The reviews here speak for themselves, the staff is rude and the owner is a terrible person considering the way he treats other locals. I would not recommend this place as I used to make sure I stopped here multiple times on our trips, I will not be back.

Decent coffee, rude service. We were greeted by the girl at the ice cream counter, when we walked to the coffee counter; that's when it was different. The girl at the coffee register acted as if it was an inconvience that we were there. Rude, and short to us. When I picked the coffee up from the counter, I told the girl thank you that was making the coffee and she gave a short and very quiet "welcome." The girl at the ice cream counter told us to have a great day. Will not go back.

Nice little place. Coffee was OK. Could definitely use some good friendly customer service. Won't be back. It's like if you don't like your job get a new one

Delicious Lattes and cookies but the ladies working there look annoyed when you walk in, like no one wants to be there to work. Friendlier faces and better attitudes would benefit this place so much.

Second time TRYING to give this place the benefit of the doubt.

I can’t recommend this place to anyone. The service is just SO bad. Every interaction feels like we’re just disturbing the staff by being there.

If you care are all about any sort of service, avoid this place.

I was skeptical going here due to the bad reviews about service

I am in customer service so im super big on it

And this place didn’t disappoint with the customer service

I’ve been multiple days in a row and they are so nice

My coffee had too many coffee grounds in it and it was re made immediately even though I had sucked a good amount down before realizing.

The guy who makes the coffee is so nice and accommodating.
Order the French vanilla iced latte 🙂

Sincerely a Starbucks lover but now I’m going to miss okie girls coffee when I’m back in Texas

Maybe if the workers didn’t have AirPods in and didn’t cut people off while talking it would’ve been a great place to revisit.

We ordered hot coffee and at its best it was not. When i went to pay my ticket you are forced to leave a tip. Everywhere you go people want tips! Why should i leave a tip for coffee that was mediocre at best?
