The employees are very rude. The young woman gave my entire group multiple dirty looks when we walked in. The woman taking orders was also very rude. Overall, the customer service has lots of room for improvement.

Nice ice cream and coffee spot. Blue ice cream brand blends. Hit the spot. Did not order coffee but it sure smelled good. Was a popular place for a Friday night. Service was friendly and good.

The women working were not very friendly, the frappe was gross and just tasted like straight powder. The place was a bit of a mess and the way they don't have the flavor options on the wall but you have to go to the register to order made it kind of chaotic. Definitely could use a better system.

I do not know how this place is so highly reviewed. There's two registers next to each other and two lines so people are getting frustrated at each other if they seem cheated. Also the employees seem irritated when everyone is confused. Don't order their coffee you will spend $7 to throw away water. The ice cream is only blue bell

This was our first time in there. Did not know how the place operated, there was no signage to tell you where to order ice cream so me and my husband stood in line to figure out what to do. When we got up to the cashier we asked if this is where we order ice cream, she nodded so I asked for a cup, she the proceeded to ask what flavor so which I had no clue (there’s a ton of flavors) because I thought you ordered your cup or cone and went around to the ice cream and ordered your flavor. I walked away to pick a flavor and the cashier rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell my husband “she should’ve known”, my husband grabbed me and out the door we went. We will not be back.

If it wasn’t for the ice cream, we wouldn’t be back. The employees are not welcoming AT ALL! Very rude, give you dirty looks, and when they get your order wrong, they are mad they have to fix it.
This place is a cool ice cream/coffee shop. We had a hot latte and ice cream in a cup. Both were yummy! Three of the four employees that spoke to us were friendly. The young ladies were especially kind. They offered free samples, answered questions and were pleasant.

While on vacation we stayed in a cabin right down the road from this ice cream shop. We visited multiple times during our trip. They had several sweet treats to choose from but each time we selected ice cream. The service staff were friendly and provided large scoops for the price. One time we even brought our dog with us and they gave him a pup cup. The ice cream served was blue bell and the flavors in the case were not the standard ones. We enjoyed sampling the large selection. We highly recommend and would return if ever in this area again.

Second store in one day of day of Hochatown to have employees not acknowledge me until I said hello to them first. I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but when a customer steps up to order, at least say hello instead of just staring with a RBF.
