Took my wife here for her birthday dinner... We had the ultimate fajitas, spicy guacamole, white queso, and a couple of celebratory margaritas! Karen was our server, and she was great! They even brought out a birthday shot and dessert! ? I highly recommend coming by and enjoying lunch or dinner!

In for a High School football game. Food average at least what we got. It was good but a bit bland. Huge queso and salsa was good. Thick chips which we like. Service was average he didn’t seem very happy about being there. Very nice atmosphere. If we came back down we’d probably give it another try.

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at Papa Poblanos on the evening of September 2nd. We were a group of two families, totaling six people, who dined at the restaurant from 08:15 to 09:15 PM.The total amount was $79.83 including a Service Charge. But as an outright cheating attempt, when we split the amount between the families, we were charged $65 each making the overall amount as $130.For the last two weeks, we have been trying to get the charges reversed, but the staff is rude, unresponsive and makes it appear as if this whole thing is our fault.Their system shows an enormous tip of $25.08 (to each family) and they DO NOT have a single piece of paper justifying that where we have written and signed such an amount.Despite our repeated requests for resolution and a refund of the overcharged amount, the issue remains unresolved. For such a small amount, they keep sending us in circles with their parent company TOAST who are equally unresponsive.The food at the restaurant is passe. The only reason why this place possibly still runs is due to the location. There are a lot better places around that we went during that trip who will not cheat the tourists.Go to this place only if you want to get your Credit Card overcharged.This restaurant is against everything that the Choctaw culture stands for!

Waited in the patio for 20 minutes no one ever came out, went back inside to ask the host if anyone would be going out there he pointed to a server and said to tell him I was waiting for him in the patio. I went up to my server informed him I was directed to tell him I was waiting for him in the patio. He said he would go out there. Never showed up we ended up having to leave, no food and no service

I give it 3 stars. Queso has beans at the bottom? Wife had a big Pappas margarita and it tasted very weird (maybe bad lime juice) the food over apl was ok.

This was the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever had.Our waiter Michel was completely incompetent and rude. The salsa tasted like ketchup and cocktail sauce. The guacamole was bland. Even the menus were ripped up and faded so bad they were hard to read. My fajitas were cold and overcooked. Only time I’ve ever ordered fajitas and they weren’t sizzling when they came out.We asked the waiter for water 3 times!! And he never brought it! We had to get up and get it ourselves.Avoid the disappointment and stay far away.

Great everything.Salsa could use some more cilantro but other than that, chips are thick which I prefer thinner but still very fresh and delish!Cold brewski and the interior is eclectic Mexican and beautifully done.Music is nice.One of our GO TO places when we are here in town.
We had the single order of beef fajitas and enjoyed them, even had left overs! Our drinks, frozen strawberry margherita and margherita on the rocks, were tasty and hit the spot. The staff was attentive, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great! We would come back again if we were in the area.

I had a vegan enchilada with spicy sauce. I requested it. It was really good. They need a better system for seating guests when there's a wait for seating. We were waiting for a while, and a party walked in and were seated before us.Vegetarian options: Available upon special requests.

Great Tex Mex! The chicken fajitas were amazing. We also loved the sopapillas! If you’re in Broken Bow… make sure to have a meal here!Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere, entire family loved it.

We ate here while on vacation and the service was horrible! It took 10 minutes for our waitress to come to the table and even acknowledge us. No apologies just asked what we wanted to drink. Her attitude actually ruined our entire meal. She was very short with us. We would say thank you when she brought our food or drinks and she wouldn't say a word just walked off. We had to get another waitress to get us refills on drinks and chips. The restaurant wasn't even busy and the service was still slow and horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was okay and as stated before the service was awful! We paid $40 for 4 margaritas and didnt even get a little tipsy. If your going to charge $10 a drink make sure they are worth it. We should have been lit at 4 with as big as those were! Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. Definitely won't be back next time we're in town. Worst experience we've had at a restaurant here.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant but today was extra special. I have a lot of health issues and weird allergies and my waitress made my allergy her first priority in life! She went over every detail of every thing for me and had food remade. Her name is, Mariha. I hope everyone comes to see her and tips her as well as she treats her customers.
