Really ?? It's father's day and this was my gift... Cheese isn't even melted. I'd rather my order take twice as long and be made correctly then to end up with this.

It seems like every time I order here I have to deal with ashley, the service is bad but after I paid for my meal witch sat in the warmer for 20 minutes as I waited the manager come up asked me what my order is I'm waiting for and then said the computer said I didn't pay and my order was canceled now, I've delt with Ashley at grocery kart before and even then I didn't like the way she treated people, I understand she's wanting to try for management there but she's far from manager material.

No longer serve drinks inside at this location. Went online to order, the online kept kicking me off when trying to get a deal. Called in, they said 20 mins. They also told us a different price from online price. Went in after 20 min and they hadn’t even put our pizza in. When asking why they don’t serve drinks inside anymore, the girl didn’t give a straight answer. Just sort of mumbled off the question. When asking girl about the price & online, she said they don’t have anything to do with online. Someone else, who also ordered the same time I did, was told her pizza fell apart so they had to start over. After almost an hour of waiting from the first time we showed up to pick, they told us the same story. I told them to give me a refund. EVEN THAT TOOK FORVER!! The guy gave me a bad copied receipt?! Maybe I will be back to update, I’m watching my refund status. 👀🤦🏻♂️I swear people are lazy and don’t wanna do their jobs. @PizzaHut, if you don’t want to go bankrupt, I suggest getting folks that would be grateful with a job. Not ones that will tear your business down from the inside out. I used to love Pizza Hut. Shame.

ordered pizza for some co workers so we can keep working. waited on delivery. they did not have a delivery driver and failed to call me even though they said they did. checked call logs and there is not a single missed call. phone number matches ticket.

I have tried to order from this establishment several time and it's always a problem the first time we called in the middle of the week around 5 pm and an employee answer to say they were closed when your business hrs say from 10 am to 11pm or 1 am depending on the date. Second and third occasion tried to order delivery and order is canceled because they had No driver!!! without contacting me and online system still showing pizza in being made I had to call to get status. Not sure it's a staff or management issues or maybe both. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WAS USEFUL.SAVE YOU THE HEADACHES ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Picked up some pizza and wings on our way to our cabin. Staff was friendly. Pizza was good.

If you can’t get anything but crack heads to work, just close the place down! This place is just ridiculous! Best thing they can do is close the doors and demolish the building!

$17 for ONE Luke warm thin pizza on the buffet and nothing coming out of the ovens and no fountain drinks. Most pathetic pizza hut I've ever been in. -5 stars if I could, won't be back. ***UPDATE!*** Nearly had to leave work over the stomach cramps, now I'm stuck to the toilet. Never never never will I eat here again!!!!!

Crappy service. Spent 75.00 and preordered hours early and got notified it was done being cooked and on the way and get a call saying they don’t deliver here and we need to meet them. I explained we had been drinking and we go home from va action the next day and I got an “ok” and I had to call the store to demand a refund. Horrible crappy service

Pizzas are always cut this way and then they put them together and instead of being round they look like an egg. The food is delicious but I don’t pay $30 to have a part removed
