Stop here to eat but the inside dinning has gone down. No fountain drinks only 20 Oz bottle with limited selection. The staff brought the pizza out in a to go box and didn't ask if we want plates.
Ordered for delivery....waited almost 2 hours. Called twice to be told delivery was on the way....third call was told it was delivered to wrong person. No apology and she hung up on me when I said I would order somewhere else because the kids were waiting to eat. Very unprofessional

The single most rudest cashier I have ever met in my life. I went into the lobby to let my kid use the restroom and pick up my pizza. The girl told me the lobby was closed. (It was before 8pm) I told her I wasn’t eating and tried to explain what was happening. She told me the bathroom was closed and her register was closed. I had to drive around to the drive thru which is like 10 or 15 feet from the closed register to pay and get my pizza. As long as they have employees that rude working there I will not do business with them.

I came in with my whole family plus my daughter’s 15 friends for her birthday, the manager on shift was so kind and helpful. She was so sweet and was extremely patient with all of us! We left with our hearts and stomach full! 10/10 would go again! Alexis you are the best!!!
Absolutely Amazing experience!! I took my 7 year old here for his birthday with his 9 friends and the service was fantastic!!! They helped me and the kids with everything and made it a once in a lifetime experience! This will forever be my go to pizza place!

The lady who checked me out at the window went to get the order and i had noticed the guy had dropped the tong to grab orders from the oven and simultaneously the spatula dropped. The utensils were placed onto the counter then grabbed the spatula removed it but proceeds to grab my food from the oven with the tong he just dropped on the ground. Lady brings my food i explained it and she denied it at first and i said i watched it right here and seen it all. She tried to change it as if he only used it on one of the items when it never left his hand. She never apologized never said anything else and went straight to the register have me a partial refund when i never asked for anything but a credit would be better considering i used points. So i mentioned what about the points and she said they arent connected with the online and i understand that and thats why i preferred a credit and her reply was well i guess i could do a small credit.
Food was delicious, they have a buffet, which is what my wife and I partook in. The waitress was distracted, even though we were the only ones in there, possibly a staffing issue though. Be prepared to pay, even for water (asked for tap, received bottled water and was charged a little over $2 for each one). However, because the buffet was sparse, they made fresh pizza for us upon request, even though the buffet was close to closing. Staff were kind and friendly. Would definitely come back, despite some minor issues, we did enjoy our food. Would still recommend them for a quick dinner.
Parking: Roughly 10-15 spots upon my estimate, but still plenty.
Kid-friendliness: With the kind and accommodating staff, and variety of food, including the buffet, would recommend them to families with children.
There was a smell inside the restaurant which was irritating. Otherwise the food was good. Friendly hospitality .

I gave the service at 3:00 because the delivery lady was somewhat kind she didn't seem like she gave to craps but I mean can you blame her. The pizza was disgusting, that's why it achieved zero Stars I ordered pepperoni I got cheese, it had about a good centimeter of oil all over the top of it grease whatever, and Soggy as all get out! I know it's a fast food type Pizza chain, but when you're still chilling out 30 bucks for one pizza it better taste like 30 bucks and it tasted like 25 cents if that
