I shop at your Durant location.. Great produce, selection and quality. We pay attention to the 5 meats for $25.00, and other specials, excellent prepared foods, sushi is great quality but a little pricy, the bakery is excellent, and last but certainly not the least the customer service is the best! Team members are friendly always with a smile!

Here is my experience.
Saturday July 13th 2024. Durant location.
I ran in because I needed some grill meat and went directly to the butcher station. Stood on front for about 10minutes before realizing there was a chime to get service. I pressed it and wait another five noticed the only guy working look through the door at me then went back to doing what ever he was doing. Another 5 minutes and I press the button again and nothing so I go back to the front of the store and ask for help she the worker follows me back and goes in and gets him and he argues with her and then comes out asks what I need. I tell him two kabobs then he turns around and realizes he’s out of paper and disappears to the back so I go and grab the couple salads I need and a desert. Mind you this is a good 10 minutes after I requested the kabobs, I come around the corner to see him finishing the paper install and then he disappears to the back. Now I am irritate. I check for the kabobs and nothing. So I place everything I just picked up on the bar and exit. Sadly this encounter lost my business for the foreseeable future.

We ordered a pizza and a stromboli from this location. I have never had any Simple Simon's pizza. We actually had quite a few issues. They made the wrong stromboli and had to wait 20 extra minutes for them to remake it and while we waited the pizza got cold. No real apologies or anything. When I got the pizza home it was kinda piled with toppings in the middle and was not done. The middle was straight dough. We are not from Oklahoma and we're on a family trip, but if I had it to do over I would have just gotten Domino's because it was kinda a fairly awful experience.

Pizza is made in the deli. Order at the deli counter, or by phone. I have to say that this was possibly the best pizza I have ever had. It was surprisingly good. The ingredients were quality. The crust was excellent. The sauce was excellent and was the perfect amount. I recommend trying it.

I ordered a total of 14 items and the staff was patient with taking my order. The pizza was not only affordable, but VERY good! I was so pleased that we chose this place, as we had a large group from out of town. The order was prepared quickly, with fresh ingredients, and even though it was such a large order, there was not one error.
These pizzas are excellent ! Once you try them you'll never go any where else for pizza. Way better than the more expensive places up the road. 3/19/20 Update ...Went back today for another great pizza. Big disappointment....the crust was burned. I guess it all depends on who is doing the cooking.
