I don't mind if my order gets forgotten every now and again, I understand that the restaurant business is chaotic. But when we asked about how long our order was going to be (because it had already been a half hour) we got ignored... twice. We left after 45 minutes and went to McDonald's.

The food has really gone downhill while prices still rose. Drinks were expensive for what they are. Most disappointing is the ice cream - I enjoy a plain vanilla ice cream cone, but theirs doesn't taste like real ice cream anymore (more like powder mixed with water and then frozen). I dunno. The burgers are smaller than they used to be and the onion rings aren't good.

Do not recommend.

Well I ordered a number 3 with mustard no mayo no lettuce no tomato with sonic size chili and cheese tatortots and route 44 vanilla Dr pepper and cheese sticks(6). The burger had tomato and lettuce and at first they were gonna give me reg chili and cheese fries I told the carhop was supposed to be a sonic size chili cheese tot she brought back sonic size chili cheese fries. The vanilla Dr pepper was great cheese were good. And where the bacon all I got was 3 small pieces. Has to be the worst sonics experience ever and been here 30 min and no carhop with courtesy tray. Won't be coming back here.

My husband and I stopped in to get drinks that I had ordered on the app. The wait wasn't long, but when the car hop made it to our vehicle, my husband rolled his window down and the first thing the car hop said was "Why even order a diet Dr. Pepper if you're just gonna have us dump it full of sugar, that's weird, that's more sugar than most candy has in it!" I was shocked, my husband just looked at him and said "I don't know" because he didn't even know what I ordered and the car hop just continued to talk about the sugar ?‍♀️ It was Diet Dr. Pepper with the dirty soda option. I already knew it had carbs, but thanks for ruining my drink and making me feel bad about my choices... I guess if you're trying to eat/drink healthy they will help you out. They might as well only serve water if you're going to be rude to people about it.

I used the drive-through 45 minutes before closing, which I believed was ample time. The employee who took our order was quite rude, rushing me whenever I paused and discouraging me from ordering popcorn chicken because it would take 6 minutes to prepare fresh. We spent around $60 to feed our group, but she made me feel unwelcome throughout. Later, another car hop delivered another customers food with a sour attitude, giving us dirty looks as if we had inconvenienced her. It's disappointing to feel like an unwanted customer when supporting your business. Perhaps reconsidering your team's attitude toward customers would improve the experience.

So I went to the stall and I pressed the big red button. Katrina answered and we ordered 3 drinks and waited for bout 40 minutes and called Ted and after that we waited again and then something great happened. Fred Was a lifesaver he came and gave us our things right then, THANKS FRED!!

We had to send our food back 5x and it was STILL WRONG!!! Even the mgr came out to confirm our order, repeated it back to us correctly, still when the car hop brought out our food the order was still fargin wrong!!! Then couldn't even give me credit back to my CC they sent back CASH! ?? WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS SONIC! & P. S. The pickle fries were limp & soggy, away to much grease & not enough cook time for them!
